We were in your establishment today at 12:30pm. Only 3 people were working, but they were doing a fantastic job! Our food was hot, fresh and delicious! Customer service was on point! Way to deliver!

My daughter and I ate lunch here on Saturday, May 21. Service was great and the food was fine. I went to pay the bill with my debit card. I tried several times and each time my payment failed. Their internet was down and the credit card company they use said it was a nationwide issue. After at least the 5th try, I said that I would go get cash, come back and pay. I felt so bad for the gal helping me I gave her a larger than 20% tip when I got back. I paid - and left. No receipt. Now on Monday, 5/23 TWO payments were taken out of my account PLUS the cash withdrawal on the ATM (which I was also charged a fee for!). Denny's WILL NOT REFUND the two payments so, essentially I paid the bill 3 times. I've disputed with my bank..but come on! It isn't hard to verify they had issues and this happened. They should have just refunded the extra two payments - in good faith, just like I went and got cash and came back and paid them - in good faith.

Denny's roseville food quality is very bad, we had someone leave before us complaining that their food tasted of chemicals, and then we received our food and could smell the cleaner coming off of the food, took a bite and it made me sick. The grease wasn't fresh, it was very old and burned. The employees were wearing open hair and clothes revealing their private areas. I didn't see any hand washing or safety measures being taken in between guests. Seems extremely unsanitary, and unprofessional. Definitely will never go back. They might've completely ruined denny's for me

Had Santa Fe skillet, took 2 1/2 times longer than I was told, server told cooks other orders were being served before mine. Santa Fe menu shows 2 eggs in dish, server asked if I wanted a single egg with dish I said "yes, menu shows 2 eggs in dish". My order was to-go, got food home no eggs were included. Don't give this business your money, spend elsewhere.

Between a dressing down of an employee on the serving floor , The foul mouthed servers and the filthy facility and bugs throughout the facility .. This place is a poorly managed disaster .

We placed an order online for pickup around 3AM and it said it would be ready in 20 mins. It wasn’t ready for 2 hours past pickup time, we don’t live near here it was on the way home. So we had to sit for two hours in the car. Just wanted food before bed but nah that turned into sun-is-up normal breakfast. I will say the food was delicious (that’s what the stars are for - the food quality) and I understand they were probably understaffed but that estimate needs to be adjusted to reflect that?

This establishment was not like other Denny's experiences I have had. The fact we ordered food and waited about 90mins for it to come out, we were never offered anymore water after the first glass, food was miss ordered or not even put in for some guests. In all it was not a pleasant experience and this location needs to work on quite a few things to get back to a Denny's experience.

Went there this morning for breakfast with a family of 5. And was giving a table, it was a standard table so we asked for a corner L shape booth and table. We were told it’s the same size as the one we have, however it might be the same size but because of the placement you had more space. The waitress was rude in the way she spoke to us. The restaurant only had 3 families in the whole restaurant so there were plenty of rooms for us to move. With service like that I will not be coming back and recommend that others do the same.

The food was average to pretty good. The restaurant was not busy at all and we were seated rather quickly. And our food came in a reasonable time but we were never offered to have our coffee or water refilled and after waiting for quite awhile we finally gave up waiting for our bill so we went to the counter to pay our bill. Overall not a bad experience but service could have been much better.

Took about a hour for four of us to get our food. One skillet sat on the counter long enough for the skillet to sizzle and die. The turkey dinner was no longer available after January 3rd and was served anyway, dry with beef gravy, didn't get cranberry sauce right away. At about 15 minutes of placing our order they finally told us they were out of salmon (our first choice for one dinner). The replacement came one hour later, as did the cranberry sauce.We would post a no star review if that was an option.
