It's Dairy Queen so of course it's good. Just to be noted that this is one of those Dairy Queens that only serves ice cream. Don't expect to get cheese Kurds or hot dog here or you will be disappointed. Love the look of the building makes me feel like I'm jumping back to the 50s lol
Staff is young and kinda meh whatever. When did DQs get tip trays? Ice cream isn't as good as it used to be. Super busy on hot days. Hours seem to very at times with the weather.
This DQ used to really good but lately (and I don’t mean because of the pandemic cause this has been going on way before that) they are just always out of things. For goodness sake, please restock! They seem to always be out of things like hot dogs, chili, dilly bars and flavors. It kind of gets ridiculous after a while. Like, why don’t you tell me what you do have on the menu and I’ll order what you have in stock. Then their credit card machine is broken and they only take cash but you better just have twenties because they don’t take large bills. They also don’t put up signs so customers and kids wait in line for a while only to be told they can’t take their form of payment. The workers are also quite rude. Do better. You’re a neighbor DQ, one of the oldest in the city, and you have one job! It’s not that complicated.

The soft serve is about what you’d expect from any DQ—no complaints.The employees are great—when they’re there.I live in the neighborhood.This isn’t the first or even the second time that this location has randomly been closed outside of its stated hours without even a sign on the window explaining why.If you state a 9 p.m. close time, the location shouldn’t be dark and deserted at 8:20. I’m legit confused how this location keeps its franchise with business practices like this.Suggestion: Actually pay your employees and managers a competitive wage and maybe you’ll manage to keep this place staffed during its stated hours. If fairly reimbursing workers for their labor is too high of a hurdle for you to clear, however, you should at the very least change your listed hours on Google.
Its exactly what dq is and always has been! Quick ice cream classic treats and the hands down BEST ICE CREAM CAKE IN THE WORLD!!!! This location is decent, never any issues and they almost always put an acceptable amount of candy in the blizzard's!!!??????
While the taste of the ice cream is impeccable, there is a sour aftertaste left in your mouth from heartbreak as you watch many disappointed customers wait in line due to the negligent choice of the pre-pubescent staff to close early time and time again. While there is a clearly posted closing time of 9pm I have witnessed them close around 8pm numerous times as dozens of customers just wait at the window and are left to figure out for themselves that the staff has decided to shut it down early.Consider updating your google hours and once you have addressed the situation, please comment and I’ll change my review.
They have pretty decent ice cream. They are rather slow here, but overall not a terrible experience.
Every once in awhile I go off diet and pick up a peanut buster parfait! They are not quite as good as in my youth, probably due to artificial ingredients, but tasty nonetheless! They have a new peanut butter Sundae which may need tasting....
