service was great! food was delicious
The Mediterranean Salmon salad was so delicious, forgot to take a picture until half way through.
All the staff members were polite and service was great. The food on the other hand wasn’t. My boyfriend and I ordered the appetizer/shareable Brussels sprouts, two of the traditional poke bowl and the lobster Mac and cheese. The Brussels sprouts were very charred… “burnt” I should say and we were told that’s how it usually comes as. The poke bowl was salty, vinegary, and overly dressed. The dressing was all at the bottom of the plate it was served in. Which we barely touched. And the lobster Mac and cheese was straight up butter you couldn't taste anything but butter. The food looked great but didn’t taste as it looked. I would rather go McDonalds.
Great food, great service (super fast), great atmosphere!
By and large, food here is very good. Some of the best salmon I've had from a restaurant, good sushi, great variety of the menu. This visit was a bit of a mix. Ordered a pasta dish and fish dinner. Both were very good, but the fish was far too heavily breaded and a bit on the crispy side. All in all, a place we'll be return customers too. They do a good job helping celebrate special occasions.
First steak came medium well done, waitress got me a fresh one that was much better. Asparagus was underdone for my liking but I’d say cooked how much people enjoy. The sashimi was a bit slimy and I found a scale in one of the pieces. All in all it was a decent meal.
They had a very nice setup for Valentine's day. Their NY bone in steak is one of the best I've ate. I usually get tired of other steaks by the time I finish them, but this one was good all the way through (after I added some salt). The sushi roll wasn't quiet that good for a restaurant as nice as Crave, so I'm giving it 4 stars. Service and friendliness was amazing, even though they were so busy with Valentine's day.
great happy hour. nice selection of sushi. great wine selection. The staff are awesome. popular place. very nice.
The food was delicious and the service really nice! We have been here before, so it’s a restaurant that we like. Just one small frustration. We were in 2 and both ordered steak. But we think the size of the steak was really small! It was well cooked, great flavor, but small. We had to get and extra hamburger because we were still hungry. Aside from that, it was really delicious!
If I could give this place -10 stars, I would. I’m BEYOND livid.I set up a reservation last month for my mom's birthday and specifically requested for the igloo experience. I talked to a guy when I made the reservations and they told me as long as the weather is cold and not below freezing, that they would have it up for us.A day before the reservation we called to confirm our spot and to confirm that we would have the igloo in which they reassured us that they will. Then the day came and a couple of us went in early... just to find out they took it all down. And it wasn’t even below freezing! They didn't have the audacity to call us and tell us that they took it down. Which is customer service 101 (with me being in customer service as well, it's obvious that this place doesn't have that and it's pretty much common sense when it comes to this stuff). So we talked to the young lady who was the manager and they did nothing for us except to say "well we have a table for you inside". No compensation no nothing whatsoever. Just a half a$$ed "I'm sorry. We're busy. We're short staffed". Now I get it. MANY places are. But I wouldn't be as mad as I am right now if they would've simply called us to let us know that they had to take it down. So Crave, not only are we livid, you ruined my mom's birthday dinner. Great job. You wasted our valuable time and ruined a special occasion. Look elsewhere and don't come to this sad excuse of restaurant.
