I came in to get an early dinner around 4:45. The place was completely dead (only a couple sitting there eating together), there were staff sitting in the hallway doing nothing. Every table inside and out was dirty. The garbages were full. The napkins dispensers were empty. Half the ingredients were out. The floor had trash strewn all around. And when I asked for some napkins they seemed put out by my request. I asked if they had just had a rush and they said no. They need some training and better management.

They do not actually have lemonade available. The website will allow you to order their in-house lemonade, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THEIR LEMONADE, but if you arrive at the window with the order they will ask you what soda you want, and then say that the lemonade is not available.This has happened to me twice now. The first time I was willing to pass off as a fluke, but it looks more like this is a systemic issue and they do not care. Do not order the lemonade, they do not actually have lemonade on tap (bottles only), and you will be charged.

Arrived about 330 - Maybe 2 customers in the place and 5 visible staff, with nobody cooking or prepping ingredients, just staff talking to one another. Meat was dried up and crusty in the metal containers; black beans were almost empty so received maybe 10 total and had to ask for brown too; lettuce looked dark/wet/soggy; asked for fajita veges and literally got one small onion and two small bell pepper pieces because the container was nearly empty; most of the salsa containers were empty or just had residual liquid. Overall was pretty poor quality aside from the cashier who was super sweet and cheerful.

At 1:45 I made an order for 2pm. I got there at 2:08 and there wasn't a single order on the shelves. I waited by the shelves for an employee to either look available so I could ask them or to approach me, but neither happened.At 2:20 I finally got in the ordering line after being joined by two other women who also had not received their orders. My order had been waiting behind the counter getting cold with no way for me to access it for twenty minutes.

Approximately 1300-1330 4/29/22, I enter the establishment and request my pick up order from the black male employee. I said and told the guy "Anna with an A" and he acts deaf and says Hanna. Not once but x3 times just to f with me. JUST before me was an older person who had an issue with the same dumb kid who came back to argue and talk to the employee. I was given my order and left. Garbage person. Evaluate your employees. Making multiple calls and serious complaints.

Ordered online. Said to pickup at 2:50. Arrived at 2:55. My order wasn’t ready and was told it’d be a five minute wait. It’s been over ten minutes and I’ve had time to read multiple reviews about this location, create a google account and write this review myself. Slow, unorganized and filthy are the words that come to mind while I look around this place. Everyone seems like it’s their first week knowledge wise but last day when it comes to attitude and demeanor. Also at this point I could of just went through the line and ordered my food. Would of been out of here twenty minutes ago.

Chipotle's downward slide continues. Sure, blame staffing during a pandemic if you want but somehow Chick-fil-A and others manage to train their employees at least above "apathy". The last dozen times someone in my family has visited this once-great-chain, supply issues, employee disdain, and generally lousy experiences have ruled the day. No amount of tasty food can make up for consistently bad service and a general waste of time and money.

Never thought I'd review a chipotle but here we are. Their corporate side desperately needs to look into this location.1) Whole place was filthy. Would be shocked if they could pass a health inspection.2) Unfathomably bad service. Was told we couldn't order any sized quesadilla unless it was online. With no one else in line.A lemonade stand has happier employees. I get it if you don't want to work but wow that was a shocking experience.
