Chipotle Mexican Grill is very delicious anytime of day with a wide menu of burritos or bowls or something in between such as maybe a chicken quesadilla. Customer service is excellent very friendly and professional. The food is always hot fresh and it's very clean and organized. Happy customer my chicken burrito was fantastic is always!
The food was fine and was delivered right on the promised time. My issue is with the portion size on delivery orders. When you are ordering in store you can keep them honest by watching them make your order, but when you have to rely on delivery you are out of luck. The first time I put it down to an oversight, or new staff or pick your excuse, but two times? That seems like a deliberate action rather than an oops.No more Chipotle delivery for me, it's in store only going forward
I moved to the neighborhood two months ago and was excited we were so close to a Chipotle. I just went for the last time at this location. I waited in line for 40 minutes at their drive-thru lane and when I finally got to grab my food they said they couldn’t find my order. They found it and said they didn’t make it. They said they could make it right now but it would take “forever”. I just left to go to another location. This was the last straw of many other encounters like this.
Dear God, this place is terrible! No one has any idea what they're doing. The quoted wait time means absolutely nothing. A 6 minute estimate took over an hour. I feel terrible for the employees. There's clearly no one in charge and no training taking place. Go anywhere else for your own sanity!
I made an online order for 7:20 and arrived at 7:25. I was told my order was being made all the way up to 8. While I do understand them being understaff it is unacceptable that after all that I get a bowl that has less than half of it full. Chipotle really needs to work on teaching their employees the correct portions.
Their food is good, but it’s so. Darn. Slow. The drive through it a bad idea
I made a mistake and did not read the reviews, before coming to this place.Two words only - Dirty and Nasty
This location is poorly managed. Sometimes with 1 person on the line and a number of people waiting. I left a month ago after watching 2 employees struggle with the front line as 4 other employees were just watching and doing side work. Sometimes side work can be done when there aren't a bunch of people waiting to order. Do better people. Lost me at this location.
Always fresh and solid ingredients! Too fast food place is definitely Chipotle.
Awful experience. Proportions were horrible, store was a disaster. Were out of essentially half of their ingredients. One of the team members put (I’m not exaggerating) a half pound of cheese in my bowl. To the point where I had to ask for him to take some off. Cross contamination of ingredients everywhere. Food left out in the open and smeared across the counter. Seemed completely understaffed and lacking any sort of managerial control.(Photo was after I asked for half the cheese to be taken off)
