We haven't dined at Chili's for some time so we didn't know what to expect. As it turns out, our dinner on Sunday night was excellent with great food and service. The only glitch was with the little electronic device on our table. Using it was a hassle, and we will avoid using it on future visits. The food was prepared well. We had the 6-ounce sirloin with asparagus ($15.99), the Santa Fe Chicken Salad ($12.99), the Presidente Maragrita ($8.99) and Chips and Salsa ($5.99).
service was great and so was the food,. A new server had started that day she was great, chatty, friendly and had an experienced server and he was excellent so all round brilliant experience
This is the fastest I have ever had my food brought to me, ever, and I eat out a lot! Excellent staff and phenomenal food!
the bartender our waiter and waitress were fabulous... The bartender was Will, the waiter was Jerry oh, and the waitress was Haley... They were amazing
It was a good time! My waitress was very nice and helpful with the drink menu. I LOVE the BOGO's. I'm not much of a beer drinker but feel in love with Sam Adams Cold Snap! A must try?
The Roseville Chili's has exceeded my expectations on the last several visits. A life-long friend and I have sat at the bar the past two times and had excellent service, drinks, and food. I also received a free dessert for my birthday. Cheesecake was awesome. Highly recommend this place.
Promptly served upon arrival. Ordered the spinach queso dip assuming chips came with but wasn't asked if I wanted chips with it, which I found odd. Food didn't take long but was assured by original server that it'd be out soon after waiting a few minutes. Then a different server approached and asked how we were; we were fine and chatting over our drinks but I sensed there may have been some interpersonal drama between some wait staff - just an assumption based on a comment said as she left us, not about us but probably passive aggression towards a coworker. Were asked if we wanted checks together or separate and explained different checks and they were split fine but as I hadn't been to a Chili's in years, we didn't realize that the tablet running ads was where we were meant to pay. We sat for 15 min before we realized that when the second wait staff walked passed us a couple times. And after we figured out the check we still waited at least another 15 to ask for a box. No acknowledgment from wait or support staff so we just left without half the food we paid for. Im not mad. Just disappointed that there was no quality service. I hope things get better there, they figure it out, and everyone else has better experiences.
Fast service, good food and Mark the server, is great. He is very friendly, professional and personable.
I love ordering pick up from chili’s, I always get the lunch combo. Either the double cheese burger or the Chicken Bacon Avocado club. They come with fries and a side salad. Everything is always cooked perfect. The portions are very generous for what you pay! This is the best Chili’s location.
Great luncheon and dinner specials. Service at the bar was very good.
