Internet doesn't work
I am here every morning as my normal routine and it’s something I like to treat myself to. I always tip and always try to be nice to staff. Today they made my drink wrong. I noticed before they handed it to me because the whole top of my drink was still clear with only sparkling water. (I used to work at caribou and know what the drink was supposed to look like and knew I wasn’t getting my drink that’s worth 6 dollars.) I asked if they could add some more syrup before even taking it and the barista gave me a condescending answer so I asked as nicely as possible again. Following that they just stirred my drink and handed me back a significantly empty cup. This made me feel absolutely horrible. I visit every single day and feel I have the ability to nicely ask for them to remake something they obviously messed up on.
I love Caribou coffee Milk Chocolate Moca’s! They are like desert to me after drinking black coffee daily! So rich, creamy, and chocolaty!!! Btw, no other coffee store makes it like Caribou??
Most interesting caribou I’ve been to in a while. Lots of plants with tan-ish booths and tons of little tables .it’s got this California vibe going on,maybe because it’s so close to Rosedale mall. Service is excellent. Drinks were called off to patrons by name and I asked for a hot water and it wasn’t an issue.

New location hard to get in and out of since it borders roseville mall but there was almost no wait. The drink I ordered wasn't made correctly as I had Carmel syrup left in the bottom of my cup when I was done. Uugh. I was disappointed but had to get to work so I haven't been back
