Update: It has been over a week since I emailed as requested in the owner's response, and I haven't heard anything back.I've been going to this Caribou for years, and had the most surprising and negative experience this past Saturday at around 11:00AM. It was not busy -when we ordered, there was literally no one in line behind us. I ordered an iced crafted press. When I received a hot one, I (kindly and politely) informed the barista that made it that it was supposed to be an iced one. She said "she rang in the order as hot, so that is why I made it that way," with a tone of finality (um, yes, I figured there was some sort of mix-up somewhere, which is why I informed her). Taken aback, I asked, "can I get an iced one?" She rolled her eyes /scoffed and said "yes, but it will be awhile because I have a bunch of other orders." Taken aback again and not appreciating the negative energy, I said "never mind, I'll drink this." I've never had that kind of response to a drink mistake in any other coffee shop, regardless of the chain. To top it off, this expensive drink tasted basically like a vending machine cappuccino.
The service was below zero stars. The woman at the counter VERY nasty. I plan on calling corporate on this place. Real person complaint. This may not post to keep there 5 stars up. This woman is the same woman in the other complaints. It's apparent that Caribou plans to do nothing about this women. The best action we can take is to go do business with Starbucks. She tried to make me feel wrong about something I asked for in MY drink.
This is our regular Caribou! It's smaller and a little more outdated than others, but the staff is always amazing! I appreciate the consistently good quality of our drinks. And the daily trivia!
This location does not have a drive thru, yet it's advertised as having one. ?
They employ people who like to harass others. All I needed to see is where she works to know that I'll never be going to this Caribou or any other for that matter. I can cancel too. She publicly shamed me so I'm returning the favor. Teresa Lynn, take a bow. This is what accountability looks like.
Great place to get coffee. I try and always go to Caribou when ever I can over the competition.
So incredibly slow. Took 20 minutes to make ONE cappuccino. Took 10 minutes to get me a drip coffee. The older woman with short brown hair is unpleasant and so slow. She took my order for a drip coffee, and then proceeded to ORGANIZE the order ahead order receipts instead of take 10 seconds to just get me my coffee and no the coffee was not brewing it was already ready. She seems unhappy and determined to make others frustrated.
I love the app you just order ahead and it's ready to be picked up when I get there.
I understand lobby is closed due to short staffed but being ignored is not ok i tried to go through the drive thru and never got any service I ride the bus and just wanted a cup of coffee while I waited for my bus and it wasn't busy hey had two cars in line ahead of me and i never got service
Staff was very friendly and helpful! They know how to make customers happy with their drinks and kids. I would definitely go there again
