Staff is very nice. They are always nice. Its the company that has ruined burgers.I wish they would make the sandwiches normal instead of layering every thing on backwards (meat on bottom, sauce in middle, veggies on top is stupid....the cheese isnt even melted anymore and the burgers arent

It's a Burger King. Good vibes and cheap fast food just how I like it. Though there are lots of potholes in the parking lot. They fixed a bunch of them but there are still a few hazards out there.

Served me burnt fries and requested new ones. They made me wait 30 minutes and then told me to eat the cold ones. I got my money back and will not return. I patronized the business 2 months straight and they mistreated me as a customer.

Have been testing out a few burger kings but yeah I could tell my burger wasnt freshly made. I could defnitely taste that the whopper had been sitting for atleast an hour or two.

If I could give zero stars I would - I came through the drive through with a coupon that had the corner torn off so the code to ring in the POS register was not visible. Maria (apparently real name Sophia - she lied about her name) said she could not honor the coupon without the code (it was for $4) and argued with me at the drive through for 5 minutes. There was no manager in the store and when I asked for the district manager's name Maria (aka Sophia) could not recall his name. I asked her to call another store for the coupon code and she said she was too busy to do that but apparently arguing with me for 5 minutes at the window for a $4 order was good time used. I finally received the DM's number and called him to lodge a complaint. Apparently BK corp does not send out the ad to stores with the code and again...it was $4 that the DM could not empower the associate to handle..this was beyond ridiculous. Why can't BK corp print the coupon with the code in the middle of the coupon? And...more importantly...why was it worth Maria or Sophia's time to argue with me and slow down the speed of service for everyone else for a $4 order??? I don't expect much for a good customer experience from Burger King but this is the lowest it can get.

I went there today at 1135 as the store advertised it was open until midnight. I sat in the drive threw for 25 minutes and didn't get a response or greeting from anyone. I attempted to call the store 4 times and got now answer. They then turned off the drive threw well I was still sitting there on the sensor waiting. When I drove up to the window the employee saw me and darted to the back ignoring me. Horrible service, bad employees, would never recommend the store to anyone or go back.

Don't waste your precious time spending your high earned money here. They'll give you old and dry food?

My expectations are pretty low when going to Burger King to begin with. The food was not even edible. By far the most disgusting Burger King I have experienced.

I had a good experience. They're helpful, food out quickly and it was what expected. The seating area was clean and orderly.

Dry garbage sandwich, uncooked fries, and the fist bk I've ever been to that charges for sauce. Also the manager said that the receipt printer was out of paper, so no receipt either. Don't go here.
