Fine place and food, nice variety of sports on the screens, food is good and served well, haven't had a lot of their beers but they have some good selections and my server in the past knew about them what others think of them. Food is fairly prompt and can't complain about the servers. Nice atmosphere, not super crowded, cool jerseys from MN teams and such in the walls. Thanks!
Server / bartender forgot about us for 25 minutes. Tried waving her down but with a full bar seated and new tables she was unable to service our table for 25 minutes. Called and complained and got a very dismal response from the manager on duty.Our business will be taking our business to the Edina Buffalo Wild Wings instead…same distance much better management staff.Update: Gave them a second shot. Better service on the dining side rather than the bar side. My food came out fast and everyone else was waiting 25 minutes after me. Which is fine I mean it’s a sports bar. But the server took 15-20 minutes to get more drinks and even though my food was quickest it was cold upon arrival and fries were old.
When being seated, walking past booths, the seats were all torn. Not just a little, these were very large rips on the seats. I really wanted to leave, thinking if they did not care what their restaurant looked like…..how bad would the food be. But my husband was hungry and did not want to go to another place. Fortunately the food was fine and our waitress was very nice. Why they let the restaurant get this bad is beyond me. I will not be back. Shame on you BWW…..clean up your restaurant!!
Should’ve known better not to come to this location. Walked in on a Sunday with only 5 occupied tables. No one was at the host stand to seat us. Finally after 15 minutes waited to be seated, the young gal seated us at a booth - with food crumbs still on table and the seats The whole place looks very dirty. A lot of trash on the carpet. Waited additional 20 minutes to order food or to even be acknowledged all while 3 servers walking passed our table and just made eye contact. Very POOR customer. You’d think that after all these negative reviews the restaurant would have tried improve their service. Maybe. Change a whole manager or management.
Where do I begin? There was a hostess at the podium and I had to ask her if we could be seated. Then seats us at a booth that looked as if people are picking or eating at the upholstery. There were plenty of empty tables that were DIRTY. The floor was filled with trash. I figured we should’ve just walked out but we’d have to resort finding somewhere else and it was ready 7pm after seeing a movie. Server came, he was decent, not terrible. My son asked me before we walked in “are we sure we wanna chance it?”. As this isn’t the worst location but Buffalo Wild Wings in general doesn’t seem to care who they hire. But in this moment apparently it’s about who comes to work right? Tear the place down and start over including the staff.
We ordered different food,Chicken was so dry that I couldn’t swallow. The lemonade was so sweet, that I started having goosebumps. The staff were nice but the food was not fresh at all. Absolutely not recommending.
We went this afternoon, it was not busy at all. I ordered mozzarella sticks and traditional wings my daughter ordered fries and boneless wings. The mozzarella sticks came out first, then my daughters order. The waitress never stopped by our table to check on everything. Thirty minutes later, my daughter has finished her food and I never got my wings. Other tables that seated after us got their wings. I had to track down the waitress and I told her to cancel my wings. She did says sorry but I never got an explanation on what happened or what the hold up was. A table near by also has this problem. One person got their burger and the other person waited about as long as I waited. I wish I could say this to a not the first time this has happened, but it’s not. I do try to be understanding about situations but today just lest me not ever wanting to return.
Yum! Love Bdubs. Our favorite wings ? extra spicy . Always a good and friendly environment . We had a minor issue as we were doubled charged but the manage stopped by quickly and resolved it. We got the difference back and our leftover to go!
I was very disappointed with the service. We were a party of 4 which is not a lot and it was after the dinner rush, everyone received their food with the exception of myself. The waitress issued the standard line of "the chicken needed to be cooked to the right temp" which would have been fine except 2 other people in my group had chicken. If you're going to use the standard line then be aware of the food that had been served 20 minutes prior.
One star, because zero is not an option. Arrived for an early dinner, asked to be seated in a booth. Host told us none of the booths were available because they were short on servers. The table, with its horribly uncomfortable chairs, was literally five feet from an open booth. But, noooooooo. Can’t possibly adjust. Can’t comment on the food because we didn’t stay, nor will we ever return. Incompetence reigns.
