Ok, I'm not sure where common courtesy has gone, but that's all I ask for when I'm paying for service. I was here yesterday (3/16/2022) with my three wonderful kids early evening and had one of my top three most horrible experiences. One kid wanted the mini pretzel dogs and two wanted a big pretzel and cheese dip each. The cashier in a very rude tone responded "all we have are mini pretzels, that'll we been having all day and we finna close soon". My kids agreed to have the mini pretzels, so I said "can we have three fountain drinks too?" Cashier does move but stair intently at me. So, I'm thinking she didn't hear me. "Can I have three fountain drinks please?" I asked again. In a non-courteous tone she replies "you have to be specific" at this point, I'm like ok, "this is where we engage in a "customer- service provider" conversation should clarify things. "How about asking me what drinks do you want" I said. So I asked, "what are our options". Then she points to the screen above in a "can't-you-see/read" manner. At this point, I was upset, but wasn't going come down to her level by arguing with her, so my kids and walked away from her bad energy. My kids had a way better experience at Panera bread eating sandwiches and soup.It'll take much convincing to return to this place in future.
Everything is clean and close by 6:30p, wouldn’t even put cinnamon on a pretzel for me…very nasty and rude customer service…
Dried almond pretzels not even fresh.
Horrible service. Should also be wearing a mask when they're preparing food. Look at some of the recent reviews. They need to hire people that actually want/care about a job.

Pathetic! Every time I come here they are out of the Jalepeno & sour cream onion pretzel. Today was the last straw. They said “Ma’am we do not carry that anymore do to no one ordering them.” Basically the employee called me a nobody!! Terrible service. Had to settle for the raisin pretzel and he didn’t even give me the hot cheese with it! I will stick with Wetzels Pretzels thank you very much ANNE!

This location has the worst customer service. They’re always super rude and don’t care about customers at all.
Absolutely horrible service , I just kindly went up and asked if I could have a water cup and was met with a very bad attitude, before I even asked I was told very abruptly “ we’re only serving drinks right now” not ok for staff to take out their anger on costumers , won’t be returning
