Just ordered a beef and cheddar without the red sauce, med curly fry, and med sprite.The beef and cheddar had red sauce, they were out of med drink cups so I said small was fine, but they gave me carbonated water instead of sprite, and the fries were old and cold, like they had been sitting out for hours.Worst $10 I've ever spent.
Another fast food restaurant that is drive through only. My vehicle doesn't fit in the drive through. I'm not walking through the drive through.I don't understand why people can't walk in the lobby for a to go order.More business lost. I will get used to going to restaurants that allow me to walk in and pick up to go.
Good Arby's location but honestly Max in the drive thru deserves a hundred stars for being a little angel- he's so nice, so thorough, and he understands the importance of condiments.
They are fast, always nice, and food is usually pretty fresh. This is the closest Arby's to me and I'm pretty happy about that!
Wow these reviews, no fork? No sauce? ONE star?! WOW.Anyway, this location is close to work so I occasionally swing by for lunch. Very geneous amounts of roost beef (I've been to some where you get very little). Haven't had issues yet, and Patrick is an all-star, so cheerful and a joy to talk with.Keep it up, Patrick, you rock! ?
Absolutely terrible service, will not be going again. Cold broken small curly fries that hardly fills the cup. Forgot sauce and took another 5min to get back to the window after a polite knock. Requested Ruben to be toasted, they said it comes toasted so I asked for a little extra, but received it like it never was toasted at all.
Food was wonderful, staff was polite and food came out quickly.

I don't know what happened to Arby's in general but they have gone WAY down hill!! This is the 3rd one I've been to in the past 2 weeks and they were all horrible. At least the staff at this one actually said "Thank You"The new boneless wings I got were over cooked and once again there was not a fork in the bag. I would think it's a no brainer to include one automatically. About the only decent thing in my order was the fries.....well the only thing remotely warm anyway.Overall I doubt I'll give Arby's another try.
