Service and experience was phenomenal! Our cook was engaging, the food was incredible and our server Gracie was on top of everything. However, the manager on duty was awful. She had pulled Gracie aside in-front of our table and gave her some corrective action about another table. As someone who has worked just about every job in the restaurant industry for 5+ years that was extremely unprofessional. Conversations like that need to be held in the back away from customers. Embarrassing an employee in front of her, or any, customers is an excellent display of poor leadership. Gracie was wonderful. She was caring and attentive to all our needs. She did not deserve that. That is a great way to lose good employees and customers.
The offerings of this place are phenomenal. The best sushi and hibachi in town with great non-asian offerings. Sushi Chef Andy has more than 22 years experience! Their burgers are incredibly delicious with a great family atmosphere. They even are pup friendly with the patio and have a dog menu!! Their outdoor patio is the bomb on a beautiful sunny day. I’ve frequented this place often lately and highly recommend it to residents and visitors alike.
I can not say enough good things about my experience at Zen Fusion! The staff, the atmosphere the vibe was on point. The Playboy sushi roll was amazing. They wrap it in foil & light it on fire ?. I can't describe how good this was. Love, love, love it! ❤️
We visited Zen Fusion yesterday for the first time for our (young) daughter's birthday. Alberto cooked the hibachi for us and we had a great time. He was great with our 3 young children, kind to us four adults, and prepared the food well. My daughter had a wonderful experience thanks to him! The food portions were significant, and we were happy with the quality. We don't go out to eat often but when we do we want a good experience and value. We definitely plan to return to Zen Fusion again and ask for Alberto!
Food was wonderful! The chef liked to chat which was nice, he also had a sense of humor which was great. Everything came out delicious. Only thing holding back from 5 stars is their performance is the same as any other hibachi grill. Would be nice if they had their own style.
What a fabulous first experience was pleasantly surprised by having live music! The performer was amazing! The food was delightful I have never had hibachi and it was delicious. Portion sizes were very generous of you and cocktails we’re delicious cocktails. A great atmosphere

The wait staff was really nice, but our group of three were the only ones at the table, so the chef did minimal effort and engaged very little. Food was the same as it always is (which is decent, but nothing noteworthy) and our bill was $150. For fifty bucks a person and just ok food, I would think there would be more to the experience. We've been going there for years, but I think it may be time to be done. :/
This place is amazing. We called to ask questions about the menu and some of the best customer aerobics on the phone I have ever encountered, very friendly and helping. So we went to eat their and the food was absolutely amazing and great price. On top of that just as good of customer service in the restaurant. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Kids birthday choice, never seen hibachi. Awesome time, great chef and show. Service was less than desirable, messed up several times. Best off going lunch time, half of cost.
