Ordered on the app and selected drive thru. Waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins. Got to speaker and she said I had to come inside. I told her the app says drive thru and I waited 20 mins and she said nothing she can do. Only time you can use the drive thru is after their lobby closes at like 10 pm. So I went inside and had to wait 10 mins in line there too. Why do I order ahead of time to save us both time but then it costs me double the time in the end? Why does the app even exist?
Wendy's has officially ruined their chilli! Changed flavor too spicy. No meat. And white beans. Yuck!! I've been eating their chilli for almost 30 years. NEVER AGAIN!!!
The salads are amazing, the apple is my favorite. I wish more places had salads like they do.
Lisa was amazing. The store was very very busy but she handled it like a rock star! Was great with the customers. Even though there was a wait everyone was happy.Watch how the kitchen staff was doing their very best to be as efficient as possible to get food out to everyone.
The bag says"hot and crispy" a crispy burger yup powder dry and actually crunchy crispy dried up .When Wendy's was decent, even really good, on the bag it said "hot and juicy" !!. Whatever excuse, reason hot and crispy burgers suck. Either customers haven't had a crispy burger yet or forgot how bad Wendy's has gotten or their just getting a frosty.Serious get back to juicy! I just had my once a year stop. I'm going to wait till I hear about a change, hope by next year. It's getting harder to stop every year
Food is decent. Everything was fine (food wise), but the nuggets were only breaded on one side. The drinks, however, were terrible. I ordered two sprites, and I got one sprite and a chemical water in the wrong size cup. I can’t describe the taste of this random liquid. I waited in this line for 45 minutes to receive an order that basically wasn’t even mine. The woman who took my order was also pretty rude. She seemed aggressive and looked annoyed when I asked for a straw that she forgot. Overall, it’s okay, but I would probably recommend the McDonald’s next door.
This used to be the shadiest Wendys in Rochester...at least for me. I had visited twice before today and the fries had this rancid over used oil taste which was horrible. Maybe just a fluke but I had possibly the best fries ever today. Sure I placed the order online and waited in the drive-through line for over 15 minutes but if the fries are this good, maybe I'll come back again. The other stuff I got (chix sammy and nugs) was okay.
Was in the drive through and was waiting at the speaker and no Wendy’s associate answered. I finally called and someone answered the call right away. I told them i was in the drive through waiting and no one answered. The tell me that they had a water leak and they are closed. There was no sign or anything telling customers that they were closed there were 6 cars behind me and I walked up to all of them to tell them that there is no sign or any notice that there closed. You got to tell your customers when your closed so there not wasting time sitting in the drive through for nothing. It’s just common courtesy Wendy’s. Thank you for reading.
With so much short staffing going on all over., It reflects on local businesses..HOWEVER. the staff here was so friendly and doing the best they could with the few people they had. Hats off to you guys for sure!Keep up the good work.
If you like waiting 45 minutes in the extremely slow drive thru and cold food that taste like disappointment this is the place for you! Want to try and talk to management? Don't worry they will play games and act like they put someone else on the phone. I love Wendy's but I will never return to this one again. :)
