The fries were hot and crispy, the food was hot and delicious. There was no ketchup in the inside machine, but as soon as I let the employees know they gave me some individual packets then went to change out the ketchup bag in the dispenser. We love the every soda flavor dispenser. Not a fan of the strawberry frosty, it is sweeter than we like. I prefer the vanilla frosty to make a float with. We also love their pretzel bun bacon pub burger and wish it was a permanent item menu.
I placed my order through doordash, I waited 20 minutes just to get a message saying that my order was canceled due to them not being able to complete it. All I ordered was a Dave’s double, 6 piece spicy chicken nugget and large soda. How can you not complete that. Very disappointed
Wendy’s is fabulous depending whose working Most of the time the chicken sandwiches are fresh as that’s what I order most of the time. Cheeseburgers are generally all pretty tasty. Potatoes are really good .
Standing water on the floor had a wet floor sign out but no one trying to clean it up out of frosty and ice cream altogether no salads.Lobby very dirty tables and floor very dirty was there 30 mins nobody else in lobby very slow and no one cleaning
-THEY NEED PEOPLE THAT SPEAK ENGLISH. Consider yourself lucky if you get you're order right..we had ours messed up several times -IN A ROW. Tonight I got a few bacon baconator fries..with literally a pinch of partial melted cheese.. I'd take back the one star I'd I could..
The food was good. We ate inside and most of the tables hadn't been cleaned. Also, the floor was dirty and the garbage cans where full. The bathroom was out of paper towel and someone just set a new roll on the counter instead of placing it inside the dispenser.
Had an issue with my order and called to speak to the manager. He was really nice and apologetic for the inconvenience and refunded my money. Haven't had any issues with my orders in the past but I do understand there short staffed and are doing the best they can. Will still go here in the future ?
The girl at the counter was so nice but not trained and had trouble with English. They were out of all chili, fries and something else. The employees were doing the best they could with what they had.
Chili was good and thick! Club crackers was a nice addition...when I was a kid and worked at Wendy's we had generic saltines
Hot food unfortunately only 1 sandwich was right out of 4, we were driving back home and by the time we discover it we were already out of town and no point turning around. One of the employees(I am assuming he was a manager) turned to another and said we are short it will be you and I closing. They handed out our drinks and said it would be a moment for food and then attempted to hand us more drinks (not ours, not even what we ordered we are guessing we got the order of the car behind us) and when I said they were not mine he said oh and quickly shut the window.
