I will give toppers a 5 star after our experience. My family, and I drove in from Nebraska, after a really long drive we stopped in at the Marian Road location. We were greeted by a huge smile from a young man I believe the name of Jules. He was the definition of GREAT customer service, super professional, and a positive attitude. He was extremely polite, smiled the entire time we were there. He seemed like he was great friends with the entire staff. I myself am in a management role, and when I found out he was the manager I was not surprised. Absolutely will be back to this location because of him. He is a great asset to your company.

Ordered 2 pizzas online. Process is simple enough, price is what you would expect. 15 min after I place the order it was cooking thats a good sign. Changed to "out to delivery" at the 20min mark also a good sign. 45min later I decided to call the store considering my place of delivery is only .61 miles from the toppers I ordered from. The employee on the phone told me that the driver must be going to my place last. When I asked about pizza being in a warming bag for over 40min he attempted to explain how heaters work. Very brass for an employee who is dealing with a customer asking about a delayed order. The pizza showed up 50min after being out for delivery and was cold. Very disappointing.

Staff was nice & pizza was made quickly. GF Cauliflower crust wasn’t so great.I got the Cauliflower (Gluten Free) crust pizza, and the price ended close to $18 got a basic cheese cauliflower pizza. It was the Caulipower crust that you can get from Meijer/Walmart. The pizza wasn’t great. If you’re gluten free, I’d recommend going to another pizza place for a better price and taste.
Food isn't good enough for the effort to pick up yourself if you live more than a few blocks away. Delivery drivers are horrible - parts of meals forgotten, delivered to wrong address, and on and on.. Manager unwilling or unable to work with customers. Do yourself a favor, order from Broadway Pizza instead.
Very disappointed in the service and ordering was a nightmare. I guess the food was good definitely better than the way they run there business
for the love of GOD read your delivery instructions. I have made them so clear just for them to be ignored every single time.
