recently went to The Fit Loon for the first time and it is already one of my favorite places in Rochester! the staff (especially their friendly doggie-staff member) are welcoming and warmthank you, The Fit Loon! your shakes and teas are a weekly highlight and reward for a great workout *smiley face*
100% herbalife pyramid scheme. look at a red flag list and this places checks off every one of them. no prices on drinks, no proper listed ingredients, consider your order a “membership” please stop and think as to why they ask for your name, number, and email when you order, and why they advertise getting $1 your next drink when you post them on social media. this isn’t a “local nutrition shop” it’s herbalife, and it’s life threatening and dangerous.

The shake I had tasted excellent! I had a Blueberry Lemon shake, and I can honestly say that it was one of the most delicious protein shakes that I've ever consumed. I have consumed a multitude of different shakes, as I'm on a high-protein/lower calorie post-surgical diet, and I'm PICKY. A bottle of Soylent has 400 calories, and is chalky. The Fit Loon's shake had half of the calories, and none of the chalkyness. Do be cognizant, as their products contain high amounts of certain nutrients, which may not be appropriate for people with kidney issues. I'll definitely be stopping by again. Price-wise, they are just about the same as -insertgenericcoffeeshophere-, maybe a little more, but I'd rather pay a bit more for something that isn't full of empty calories.
Pyramid scheme bruh. Google herbalife store fronts and you'll see it's a scam. The owners should focus on a real business n stop tryna be pyramid scheme distributors for harmful products while next to the number 1 hospital in the world ? lol
Sam and Aili are so amazing and friendly made my visit very welcoming!! The key lime pie shake was amazing also got a Mega Captain with a scoop of beauty booster also amazing!!
