Great food considering other places are going down hill in Rochester.
First time in town. Pretty happy with my decision to visit Boulder Tap House. Sat at the bar. Pretty good beer selection and I found a couple of winners. Signed up for their loyalty program and got a free appetizer (email with this bonus came within 15 minutes), so I decided I'd have to try the curds. Too much for one person, but they were sooooooo good I couldn't stop until they were gone. Undoubdtedly I will rue this decision in a few hours. Nuclear reactor hot and delicious. Also got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Was given a heads up that it was a little smokier than the typical Nashville variety and he wasn't wrong, but I liked it a lot. Good service, clean restaurant and not too loud at all for a sports bar. Admittedly it was early (about 5pm), so maybe it picks up. Good happy hour deals. Go. If you're not a complete piece of human detritus, you'll like this joint.
Hand made cheese curds were awesome. The Philly sandwich and mushroom swiss sandwich were fantastic. We had to go back, this time we tried the Philly pizza it was delicious and we enjoyed it very much. We will definitely be back to try something new and different.
Cool place with good beer selection and some awesome Tap House Teas
First time in Minnesota, so after a LONG day at the hospital, I found this place. I really needed to just clear my mind and relax from the heavy day's worth of medicalinformation. Boy was I glad I found it. Brian was the bartender and was super nice and welcoming. I came back a second time and had the Tequila chicken tacos...OMG amazing!! Thanks to Brian for the hospitality!
The reg. wings w Jamaican jerk sauce were good w right level of med. spice. The pork sandwich was good but I found the curled Tap potatoes too thin to have much flavor so will try another side next time. Schell's root beer was good and some interesting ales for drinkers. A little noisy and many TVs might distract those not watching.
Pizza was decent. Soggy crust for a wood fire pizza but flavor was good. Beer was cold and server was good. It's a very loud place but we'd go back.

I have the cheese curd burger it was good. Their home sauce is great. The server was amazing. He had a good attitude. But I did tell him that he sucked and then he joked around with me. It was February 10th, 2022 at about 7:00 p.m. but I think he had reddish hair reddish beard. But yeah good dude it was a good time. Good meal! Can't wait to try a different burger.
Food was alright! Good place for American food. I tried cheese curds and wings which were good although we felt like their staff seemed annoyed because we had a couple of friends arrive a little late. We felt like we were rushed by the staff to get out of there because they kept giving us looks and walk by us and say okay have a good night now haha I had to wait for my husband to pick me up so instead of staying in we waited out in my friends car to be respectful of their staff but at the same time 75% of the restaurant was empty so not sure why they showed the sense of urgency but hey if you like good American food, this is a place for you!
