Definitely the best bubble tea place around. Would take it over Kung Fu and any other place so far in Minnesota. Always done correctly and delicious too. The food is also a nice touch and is a good portion. The food is in limited supply and only served on weekdays. Employees there are always friendly and make sure they get it right before making it.Parking: Parking is next to sidewalks on either side of the street. If the area is busy (10 cars) it will be hard to find parking as Tea Time is not the only establishment there.
Love that we have this boba tea option in Rochester. Very friendly and delicious tea--taro is my favorite.

Very nice people here and the tea was decent. However, their bubble teas are not made with shaved ice, just ice cubes.Their shaved ice dessert while very tasty with condensed milk and yummy toppings were let down by their shave ice machine - or rather the lack thereof. Shaved ice should be fine and light. What we got was reminiscent of your 90s snow cone with all its crunchy ice chunks.

If you are looking for a great place to try something new or trying to find some good milk tea or hot tea this is the place to go this place is not just good with there delicious drinks but they also have very nice and respectful people working there.
pretty good! i would recommend. their milk tea isn’t dairy free so i don’t like that. their fruit teas are very good though and the boba is always good too! i always think they are on the sweet side even when i get least amount of sugar though, but i’m used to more of a traditional sugar amount like in taiwan. super friendly people and good music choices in there too!
