If I could do 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service from the kids working there. Spent 25 minutes in drive through to find out the whole order is wrong. It's not hard to listen, you want to get paid for working then do some work! Some these kids just want handouts.
The food is good, but whatever person was working the window gave no communication. No total, no anything. And closed the window before I could ask for sauces. Honestly for my favorite childhood restaurant, it's pretty disappointing to see people like that working there.
Normally the service is good,but on this day it was terrible. Missing items, no sauces received, donut bites only had 4 in the cup. It was a bad day.
Very disappointed!!! I still like Taco John's but I went there for their street tacos which are really good and they were out of stock.
Why would anyone subject themselves to Taco Bell when this is nearby?! The Taco Salad had a beautiful puffy and crispy bowl, every single ingredient had obvious more care for presentation comparatively, & the flavors were wonderful.Rarely would I consider above 4 stars for fast food - this is deserved & a loyal fan + customer has been born this day. I was too excited by the first bite to even consider a better prepared photo.. I thankfully remembered halfway through.
I am sorry to say that I am done with Taco John’s. I have taken my family to the restaurant many times lately just to find the doors locked. The drive thru is open but not the dining room.Today was the last straw. I called the restaurant and asked if the dining room was open. The girl on the phone said “yes it is”. So I loaded up the family and headed there. It wasn’t more than 20 minutes later and the door was locked. I banged on the window and a girl opened up the door. I said “I just called and was told that the dining room was open”, she said that must have been the other girl who just left. There’s only two of us here.I am so tired of the way this store is managed. I love Taco John’s, but I can’t deal with this anymore. I’m sure they are loosing customers every day. I wonder if the owner or corporate office knows what is going on there.Needless to say we went to Taco Bell.
We expected to receive food that would be at least warm. After the food was dropped off through the drive thru we took a bite and the lettuce was still frozen and the food was cold. After paying $18 for a box that was taken out of the freezer I would have rather eaten cold snow. Stay away!
Messed my order up twice in one visit. I appreciate they are at work, but handing me someone else's order that was half the value twice is frustrating.
I literally can not believe this restaurant. First thing I do upon entering the store is head in to use the restroom and THE TOILET PAPER WAS IN THE WRONG WAY! THE LONG SIDE WAS FACING THE WALL SO IT MADE IT SLIGHTLY MORE INCONVENIENT TO GRAB TOILET PAPER! (food was pretty good tho)
Workers where great but the manager keeped on them about the order being over 5 minutes. I don't expect food that has to be grilled done in less then 5 minutes especially since it was 6 items that all needed to be grilled and it was busy.. You want faster buy a bigger machine to grill with. I tipped both cooks $5 for their great work.
