Drive through was very slow. Food was OK. Chicken tender taco had pretty much no lettuce or cheese and was very over cooked(almost rock hard). Gave me almost no cheese with my chips. Won't be coming to this location again.
I have drove by this Taco Bell many times while going to Mayo for appointments and the line has always been very long. I ended up staying the night in Rochester last week and was craving Taco Bell. Of course the line was long again but it moved very quickly and they got my whole order correct the first time. Will definitely visit again.
Mexican pizza is here! Long line at drive through. Slower than some Taco bell lines. Still, friendly staff and excellent food.
Overall good, most of the time the food there is good. However sometimes its just really bad and unbearable to eat, never know what yoire gonna get I suppose. Go there if you'd like to gamble.
Slow drive through service, the order was almost correct.Unless of course they did it for laughs.Had ordered a #6 with beef. Got chicken instead. Wasted $8.00.Not going to this TB anymore.
As far as Taco Bell goes this one of the better ones and maybe the best one in town. Always fast even when their lines are long. I don't know his name but they got a drive through guy who cracks me up every time Ive been there. And I never run out of sauces.
It tastes like taco bell. I just so happen to like the taste of Taco Bell so I give it 5 stars. If you do not like Taco Bell I do not recommend going here because you will be disappointed in the fact that it is a Taco Bell. Otherwise, try it out!
Came by after being told there was no food left at Chipotle, ordered quite a large order for 3 people and got through the drive through in 15 min which was awesome and super speedy! The employees were polite and courteous and our large order was totally correct, and they also gave us a ton of sauces. We love coming to this Taco Bell since it's a convenient location and will continue to support them during this pandemic!
Ordered a customized supreme taco party pack without beef on 12/17/2021 at around 9pm. Picked up the order and when I reached home it was all prepped with beef and our family is vegan. Had to throw all of it and raised a complaint on taco app as well but no one reverted. Would recommend to check your order before pick up as there is not point raising any concerns to their customer care
Ordered using mobile app for in-store pickup(was available on the app) only to arrive and have the front doors locked @ noon-time!Tried calling the store with no response.Entered the drive-thru line I was trying to avoid due to the long length, and when I asked the person at the speaker why it was locked I got silence and to just pull forward.Then I get to the window and I'm given 2 different excuses as to why it was locked; renovations and also short staff.Why do you need additional staff for a lobby that is 90% self-service, touch screen menus not requiring staff, only needed to give us beverages if needed.Get this sorted, you are going to be losing customers if you haven't already.
