We stopped at this Taco Bell on our way home from the airport at midnight. The staff was so friendly and cheerful! The tacos were made perfectly, all the ingredients were actually inside the shell. This was the most pleasant experience I have had going through a drive thru! So awesome!!!
Portions were actually quite large which was a pleasant surprise. As usual, the crispy taco shells were broken even before I unwrapped them. The kiosk ordering system is convenient. So much so that it is easy to order more than you would have if ordering from a staff person
I’ve been going here for the past 4 years. Only recently has this place gone bad. Employees there at night, the workers makes guests back up in the drive thru repeatedly. The workers have a very weird vibe in this location past 8PM. The day time staff has always been great but this place is embarrassingly bad compared to the Taco Bell on Broadway.
The guy that took our order was fast and efficient! Our order came correct and it was one of the better taco bell experiences we have had. ?
The two folks I interacted with - the person taking my order and the person at the window who gave me my food - were both *exceptionally* friendly. I have never had this sort of first-rate customer service in a drive-thru. Totally floored in the best of ways!
The flies and bugs will literally take your food away from you. The tables were nasty and the floors were worse. The bathrooms are a horror story by itself. My food was nasty. I basically wasted $22.00 on slop.
Good food like always! Even got some extra chipotle chicken and cheese tacos they must have put in the bag by accident. But it took like almost an hour to get the food.. it was very busy but I’ve worked for Taco Bell before and nothing on the menu could possibly take over 15 min to make so long as prep work is kept up and inventory is done correctly. So keep ya chins up and keep going you guys are still one of the best food chains to exist!

Accuracy has been shaky with multiple orders of Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme being regular and wrong drink for non-diet versions coming. I don't mind it when I'm told ahead of time that they are out of Baja Blast Zero, but it's really bad to be serving non-diet drinks when diet is ordered and expected. Used to be maybe 1-2 meal errors a year at this location, now it's seeming like every visit the portions are ridiculously shy of where they are supposed to be or something is wrong. When portion sizes go down, food quality go down and prices go up it's time to stop visiting.
False advertising and horrible service. My nearest location has at least 9 WHITE HOT FRIES posters but does not participate in the white hot fries promotion, so does not even ever stock the product ONCE, instead when a customer orders they SWITCH to something they do stock, sounds like bait and switch to me. The location also seems to play things way too loose, if you have to downgrade an ordered item they don't refund you the difference. If you ask for a refund they try to make it seem like they can't and then make you jump through hoops to get it done. Used to be exited about Taco Bell promotions, now I dread trying to get food there. I'm done with the bell.
