Love Subway but I'm pretty sure someone blew a shift. (1:50 pm Mon July 18th) Sitting in line at the drive thru, even left to check out Old Abe's and came back and the vehicles are still the same in the same spot in line. Good thing I have time. 2:03....yummy sub

Best subway in Rochester!!!! The guy that made my sandwiches was so awesome & friendly, the sandwiches were absolutely perfect and delicious, I live close to this subway & definitely will be back ? ? great job & thankyou for a awesome supper??????

It was great, artist accommodated my wishes. Food was fresh and great even though we were there shortly before closing.

Good group of young men working. Bath room did need cleaning.

Terrible customer service, very rude would give 0 starts if I could

Rude woman and guy working, very poor communication, and the amount of time in drive through way too long!So I came through drive through with my kids and one ordered a BLT on flatbread but doesn’t like it toasted, just warmed up. 3 times the gal on the speaker said “ I’m sorry I can’t do that, we make all food in the toaster oven. And I have to warm the food up in there or I can’t give it to you.” After this third refusal I finally said “ that’s not true, I’ve worked several years for subway and you can definitely heat the sandwich In the microwave so please don’t toast her sandwich. Just make it and I’ll heat it as the customer wants at home.” She snapped and said “No! Have a good day.”Excuse me?! So no I sat there until I finished the order because I wasn’t going to be treated that way and then she tells me they don’t have a working microwave. Well okay then she should’ve stated that as we pulled up a d had a sign outside on the menu stating that. When I got to window to pay, the guy refused to take my bill and said “We don’t take anything over $20. Okay understandable but once again post that on your window or menu. I tried again and he finally gave me my change. Then we waited 5-10 more minutes to get the sandwiches and when he handed it to me he said, “Here! Bye”Seriously I will not be supporting this location again and don’t waste your time with the drive through. If this is how they’re going to treat customers they shouldn’t be in the service industry. And no the sandwiches are NOT made right either. Very disappointed and unhappy kiddos.

Guy working at noon was rude to my wife and I then told me not to forget the tip at the end. Also veggies seemed old and were mixed.. like alot. I had to tell him no olives with the bell peppers. I gave a 1 start because at the end he said to have a great day..

The employees were super friendly and did a great job. The shop was nice and clean.
