Where is Garrett? I have been going to whichever coffee shop Garrett is at for a while now because I find his store is the only store that can consistently make my drinks correctly! He was at the south Broadway store and the north Broadway silver lake store but the new manager at silver lake just argues with you that the dink is made correct. I need to find Garrett so I can head over to his store and can enjoy my daily cup of perfection
Pleasant, helpful staff. Food was good and reasonably priced.Wish we had free coffee refills though.I'll keep going there and will suggest my friends to to go there as well.
coffee is good, food is good. sierra is an especially good barista. only problem is that 1/5 times you come in the music is trash and whoever gets the aux for those times needs their ear privileges restricted.
I went to read, but their music was blaring obnoxious music at 7a. What happened to a coffee house playlist? I politely asked if they would turn it down, but think my request was ignored. I left and will not be back. Beautiful space otherwise.
I used the drive through. The coffee was great as was the egg white snack. The employee was friendly and kind.
You know I get it, work is hard. But, a location either permits you to use the mobile app or they do not. This location is not alone. Over the past year, it has been difficult for me to order for me via the mobile app. There are a lot of locations claiming that Fraps are “sold out at this location”. Yet, you can go inside and order a custom Frap with no issues; other than allowing the person the register to see your phone with the app open.
Great staff team, awful management allowing workers to come in sick with covid,“following cdc guidelines”. Management is sneaky and likes to talk behind their workers backs while they sit in their office watching them work so hard. L management L manager cya on tiktok!
Great Starbucks, Vivian is always friendly and the coffee has been consistent for the cold brew lately. This makes me happy because this is the one right by my house
Great if you go on a rare day where they don’t randomly shut down early, block off the drive thru, lock the door, run out of everything or turn off mobile ordering.
The staff at this 1401 North Broadway Starbucks are always amazing and go out of their way to make it a wonderful experience by being extra friendly, professional, and courteous. I've never had a bad drink from this location either. It is so wonderful to have a brand new Starbucks in this part of town accessible from Broadway!
