When I check Starbucks’ website, in store option seems open while in reality these people in the photo sitting in their car can order and I can’t because I don’t have a car. I understand that there might be a staff shortage but it shouldn’t be so hard to keep the info in their website up to date. So ridiculous!
Always shutting off mobile ordering as if that is going to keep people from just showing up to place an order. Newsflash, you’re just making it harder and the line take longer by making people read out their customizations
They mark things in the app as “sold out” when they’re not. Either because they are tired of making the drink, or because they are worried it will sell out. Guess what, it’s going to sell out if you don’t have enough inventory either way. Quit lying and switching things off at your convenience, people use mobile ordering for a reason

The manager is fantastic however the rest of the staff are unprepared to serve guests inside the store as they’re so busy on the drive through. I was ignored at the register for quite a while before the manager paused her break to help me. The sitting area is full of flys too! You can’t sit for more than a minute between swatting at the flys…
ladies were friendly, drinks and scones good. However, for just 930 in the morning the floors were filthy and the bathrooms were were horribly ?
The staff here is always amazing! Always in a great mood. Really helps start the day off right being greeted with such enthusiasm and kindness. Keep up the great work ?
Their service just keeps getting worse and worse. They weren't even busy today, and I had to repeat my order 3 times. Today's dirty Chai was absolutely horrible. I basically paid $7 for a cup of bland oat milk. On two prior occasions I had to return to have them remake my drink. Congratulations Starbucks, your horrible service is going to help me break my Chai addiction.
