I wanna give the 1 lady running this starbucks a high 5 I ordered 3 frappes and the last 1 the cream got liquid and b4 I could tell her mine is fine without she was already fixing it with 2 more people in line
Wesley is a great manager who remembers almost everyone’s orders. Friendly atmosphere, great connections, and overall good drinks. Nice to grab a cup while grocery shopping with my kiddo

The worst Starbucks in Rochester. Employees either ignore you or are combative. Customer is never right here.
