We visit this location on every visit to Rochester. And, thank goodness the baristas here are not Frap-a-phobic, and allow Fraps to be ordered via the mobile app. I went in to pick up my beverage, and nearly everyone greeted me. The overall vibe is always good at this place; worth the 3.5 miles extra to avoid the other Broadway location.
The staff here are always so friendly. This is my go to location. Thanks for always being so friendly and my drinks are always made perfect!
Good typical Starbucks coffee. I don't think they like it when you ask for an ice water along with your coffee order though.
Today was a bad experience. I was just here three days ago and order my drink without problem. Today I order the same drink and the barista says we don’t have that. I asked for my drink a different way and they had that. Very unimpressed. Also do not appreciate the attitude when explaining the drink to someone who should know how to make a drink. Also when a customer orders food, it is good practice to offer napkins. This is even more frustrating when the lobby is closed.

Coffee was excellent. Line was long and took awhile of course, but were all used to that by now. Great place, just dont be in hurry
Hours inaccurately show store is open, but if you order on app you’ll have to pickup in drive through. More than 15 cars in line. Use caution!
Employees were very kind and friendly. They made my drink impressively quickly. As always, we appreciated the gender neutral restroom options.
I entered this Starbucks mid morning on a Sunday. The drive through line was long. I was greeted with a kind “We’ll be with you shortly; it might be a bit of a wait for your order.” I sat back and watched the baristas at work. Two worked quickly, but then there was Lucy. The chaos of the morning seemingly had no effect on her. She gently guided the other baristas, smoothly made orders, and then when she was ready for me, she was SO kind. She spoke directly to my young daughter who loved the interaction as well. Long story short, if you have a busy Starbucks, everyone needs a Lucy.
Pretty store, but the partners were kinda rude, were wearing their masks incorrectly, and burned the shots on my drink. As a partner in a different state, the only thing that impressed me was the cleanliness of the actual store...
