I love sandwiches. Food quality is amazing.However, they need to have an employee keeping track of online orders because it took me longer than usual to get my sandwich delivered to me after it was made.
Great food, fun atmosphere!After some issues with delivery, management was super helpful and went above and beyond to make things right.
ordered 2 sandwiches and 5 cookies, one cookie and one sandwich were incorrect neither sandwich had lettuce or tomato like it shows in picture, potbellys used to be my favorite and has been a while since I've had, either this store is trash or the company has gone down. waste of 40 dollars for something I could have made from my own kitchen.
Awesome sandwiches! Never had anything like it before. Wish we had one in our hometown. Definitely worth stopping to eat if in the area.
If you’re going to close at 6 pm, you can leave the doors unlocked and take orders until then. Doors were locked at 5:45 pm.
Dec 29, 2021 Just terrible ????The service was fast and friendly. Their food was awful. So two stars is fair.Ordered a full size salad and a big sub. The chicken (from the salad) was inedible, the lowest quality you might imagine, so I had to scrap it (check the pix). The Steak sub was not better, the lettuce was old, the meat tested horrible. The best part was the pickle ?They call themselves retro style RESTAURANT, I would say it’s worse than Subway, cost more, and the portions are smaller. My first and definitely last time visiting Potbelly
New favorite sandwich shop. Staff are always very friendly and nice. The hot peppers are AMAZING. Fully recommend if you haven't already tried it .
Ordered online with DoorDash potbelly’s gave my order to someone else when my driver got there they argued with him but finally remade our order now it’s been an hour late also sandwiches where not cut did not get my bag of cookies for the kids we ordered it was a horrible experience thank god DoorDash did everything they could to help make it right but potbelly’s never even apologized at all.
I consider Potbelly’s to be in the top tier of chain sandwich places. But this location needs to get itself together. They completely ignore online orders in favor of in-shop orders. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have ever made my order if they hadn’t noticed I’d been waiting for 15 minutes. And then they forgot my bacon.
Very good sandwiches and love the bread. Will definitely be back.
