crystal is an absolute treasure! and will make you feel right at home. I was staying next door at a hotel for business and she remembered my name and order the second night I came by. that little courtesy helps so much when you are traveling and new in town. the guys in the back were spot in as well, the pizza was delicious and they had a great attitude even though they were working on a holiday!
Pizza was cooked perfectly and hot and ready when I showed up. I tried The Edge Carnivore pizza and it was even better than my usual Meat Lover's! Great flavor and love the thin, square cut crust!
Ordered a custom pizza with 4 meats and some veggies. After receiving the pizza I had only one, maybe 2 pieces of said meat per slice. I paid 45 dollars for one large pizza with delivery. I called and the "manager" I spoke with said she made my pizza to specs. I asked her If she wanted me to send her a picture to clarify. She offered me 10 dollars off my next order, I declined!
Our pizza was made quickly and exceptionally well! All the staff we welcoming and pleasant. It was an enjoyable experience.
Although the website did not have a place for notes, and the wings category does not have an option for "well done," I asked the employee on duty and she was happy to ask the cook staff to double the cooking time which created exactly the degree of crispness I wanted. She was very accommodating and friendly. I'm happy that some Pizza Huts are still customer-aware.
They have a special and then they over charged me because the employee didn't realize I wanted the special. So instead of $50-60, came out to be just under $40 which still didn't seem correct. No wonder they're losing business. Pizza Hut's service used to be great in the 90's and 2000's.
Staff were very nice. Service with a beautiful smile! PIZZA was ready on time. And it tasted do good!
This location said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. 30 minutes past that and I was handed a lukewarm order. What was even worse was the empty box that was supposed to contain my stuff crust pizza ? Sadly, I live 30 miles from this location, so when I got home it was not feasible to drive back and recover my order. They said they would credit my account for the amount of that pizza, but as they couldn't be counted to put a pizza in a box, I have little faith that they will refund me from an order placed an hour ago.
Took me back to the Book-It days! Scott provided excellent service and saved us 4 bucks! The food was great too.
Everything was amazing. great prices, great good and the best of service. Our delivery driver was so kind to my daughter with a special cookie just for her! He didn't even know but gave her the best birthday present imaginable. We will use them more often for pizza.
