Pescara is a favorite of ours. We go there at least once each time we are in Rochester. Their fish is outstandingâalways beautifully prepared and they are always willing and able to meet any changes we request.

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection, food and flavors but also very impressed by the service from Michael. We were in town for a visit to the Mayo clinic and he knew what we should stay away from and provided proper guidance. Thank you, we will be back and highly recommend!
Tried Pescara for the first time. I am not local but medically required to be here so we have been hitting as many different restaurants as possible. First off, our server, Michael, was outstanding. He had a good feel for the pace of the meal and was very polished and charismatic without coming across as phony. We had lamb chops, a shrimp/lobster dish and a tenderloin crostini appetizer. All were prepared well and delicious. Overall, our food selections, service and ambience were spot on. My only real complaint is that I thought the menu did not have very many selections, which would definitely limit certain tastes from dining there. Not sure if this is a legit complaint, but I am putting it out, none the less. I would certainly welcome another trip to Pescara.
Still one of the best restaurants in Rochester. Quality is unmatched with friendly wait staff. Only disappointment was the restaurant's refusal to allow my wife to have a kid's size portion on her order.
