The Papa Murphy stores in Rochester have really improved in the last year. I usually order ahead on the app and it's ready to pick up at the time that I had selected. Ordered 2 pizzas last night with some customizations and they were both correct and on time. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stop again!
Love the Cowboy style pizza. There red pizza sauce is what I really like about there pizza's.

This store is the worst! After two bad experiences we stopped going for a year. Decided to try again and what do you know they failed yet again. I couldn’t find the online order my wife made so I asked them and he looked behind the counter and handed me two pizzas and said here is your order. I took that at face value and when I got home my wife said where is the rest of it? Sure enough that was not our order. When we called to ask for a refund the manager was rude. In my business if we make a mistake we credit our customers. This place is not worth your time.
I love their custom pizza. Always plenty of toppings. One of the few places you can get green olives!
Only 3 stars because there so hard to get ahold of especially on Wednesdays but overall the food is delicious!
I had Papa Murphys before and enjoyed it. However, going this store in Rochester Minnesota, I was shocked to see the 3 employees not following covid protocol or general servers attire. The lone male had long bushy hair and medium facial hair. No hair net or beard net or mask. The two female servers had masks on but their noses were not covered. Neither female servers were wearing hair nets. If it weren't for us being so hungry, I would have walked out. My fiancee took pictures to inform the management and corporate offices.
My pizza was done in a timely matter, the staff were ok not great, the pizza was horrible, chicken, artichoke, spinach, bacon. I ordered without bacon, the pizza had a few pieces of chicken, a couple pieces of spinach, no artichoke, hardly any cheese. What I had was a large cracker with garlic sauce, definitely not worth the $20 I paid, will be a long time before I set foot in a Papa Murphy’s
I ordered a thin chicken garlic, the crust was just right to my liking and toppings was delish
AWFUL!! Didnt fallow any directions for a costom pizza but still charged full price and was blown off
