Panera is a great place to have coffee with friends. I really enjoy their coffee service.
This location isn’t perfect but some of the employees are wonderful so I come back. I wish they would communicate before hitting my order off the screen without saying anything to save on their service times. Had to wait 14 minutes for a flatbread and soup a few days ago during an obvious lull and yesterday I placed an order and 15 minutes after my text notification went off saying it was ready I had to ask an employee if my food was done. It wasn’t and wouldn’t be because they ran out.
Sandwich bread was soggy and payed basically 6$ for a small macaroni and it was just watered down and gross. Honestly won’t be going back this is why I don’t try new things. 35$ order wasted on garbage food.
Inconsistent signage for ordering...food pick-up area along with the chairs and the restrooms right there make it frustrating for non server customers to comfortably carry their trays. Sandwich was good but I'd rather eat elsewhere.
Found paper and plastic blended in my smoothie (multiple pieces) and no description of menu items- I had a sandwich that didn’t satisfy me at all. It was also hard to see what deals apply to me unlike the other Panera location in Rochester so I ended up paying a lot for my meal.
This location has great coffee and the food is very tasty!
I don't know what happened to the quality, but panera used to be good. My chicken salad sandwich had practically no chicken on it, just bread and lettuce. I had to go up to ask for my baguette that is supposed to come with my soup and the worker literally just ripped a chunk off the loaf and physically handed it to me. I'm not too bothered by that, but I know that's not proper for a restaurant. My daughter's grilled cheese had ONE slice of low quality, burnt cheese on it. My sons got mac n cheese that had a film on top because it had been under a warmer for too long. Too bad. I used to like Panera.
Panera Bread getting simpler every year with big variety. Just very homemade food.
I really like Panera Bread every time I go there they have good custmer service which is a must. I like the food, also when I didn't like something they took it back right away and made me something I was happy about; so bounes stars for them. I also really love the choclate coffee shake thing they have it is the best.
The food was good. But the customer service was not. The utensils they gave me was so dirty, I went to the counter and ask nicely and quietly if I can have another set of utensils. The server had so bad attitude, she was holding spoons and forks but she just put it away and throw me a set of plastic, to-go spoon and fork.
