The soup and bread are fantastic as always.... Service was fast...and food was ready quickly. . .But that new chicken sandwich... Sigh...It wasn't the worst thing I ever tasted, but it was certainly the blandest. It just wasn't good.Would not recommend the chicken sandwich.Also, it was pretty busy and the table we sat at wasn't clean.There was a nice girl that was cleaning tables as we were finishing...but she's only one person and can't clean everywhere at once.
Food was great. But this location is so tiny. You can barely find a table, let alone a path to walk from the entrance to said tables. Power outlets aren't even installed correctly, you have to get on your hands and knees and go underneath the desk to even plug in any electronics you have.And not only is it tiny, it has been busy since I arrived at 8am. There is no break in the amount of customers here. It's located next to a busy hotel or two, along with an apartment complex. Really think Panera should have thought about how they were going to build this building before they made it the tiniest barely walkable building to ever exist.

I enjoy their breakfast sandwiches, lunch bowls, and bagels. Their curbside pickup is ridiculously slow- even when I check in with the app it has taken more than 10 minutes to get my order (after I get the notice my order is ready)! I end up just going to the drive thru to pick up what I need.
Delicious sandwich and bakery. The new chicken curry soup is so flavorful with a kick. Will definitely return for more! Very nice service too.
I wanted something that I have never tried yet. I ordered the Creamy Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese, and a Tomato Basil Salad. I should have taken photos. Unfortunately I did not... BUT-- Try it! You'll like it! You'll love it!! #panerabread
I ordered Panera for a pick up, got home to eat my Mediterranean bowl and the bowl wasn't even half full. This is my favorite dish at Panera, but this is ridiculous! There was barely any greens
Do not do curbside pickup at this location. I marked myself as arrived and entered my parking spot number. I received my text message that my food was ready. No one brought it out to me. After 10 minutes I just went in and it was on the rapid pickup shelf, but was missing my beverage. I asked the nice young lady in the kitchen about it and she told me I would need to get it myself. I didn't mind getting it myself, I was just confused because normally it is just ready to go when I arrive. Curbside pickup aside, I have had nothing but good experiences at this Panera location. Friendly staff, excellent food, and my orders are correct and ready quickly! I had a good experience the one time I used the drive-thru, and rapid pickup always goes perfectly. I will just do rapid pickup instead of curbside pickup from now on.
The 10 vegetable soup is great. The portabella mushroom bowl leaves room for improvement. It was very bland and the mushrooms were rubbery.
I'm a door dasher and this is absolutely THE BEST restaurant I get orders from in all of Rochester. Every order is ready as soon as I walk in the door, no sitting around waiting for 10-15 mins like other places. I have literally had to wait maybe 2-3 mins once out of 25 plus orders I've picked up here in the last few months.As a dasher, we don't get paid hourly, but rather per delivery. We want to pickup and delivery the order as fast as possible to move onto the next one. Too many restaurants don't respect our time, but Panera is the exact opposite. They have literally probably saved me at least $100 in lost wages from sitting around waiting for orders.Thank you so much for making my job a little easier Panera. Any order I get from you guys over $6 is an instant accept because I know it will be ready fast :)
