We had a very good experience dining here. They are short staffed as a lot of places are but the manager was so very kind and attentive and saw that our needs were met. Traveling through the area on our way back home while on vacation, we didn't really want another burger and fry type meal. I am glad we stopped. This manager deserves a big raise!
Food was good because I got extra stuff on my shrimp scampi. Employees aren't the nicest.

Stood there for 3 minutes deciding what we wanted. Then stood there 3 minutes longer another Customer came in. 3 employees stared at us but no one helped us. They were too concerned about door dash orders to help customers standing at the counter waiting to order. It was not till I said hello loudly that they acknowledged us.
Fast, friendly service. Food was good. Place was clean. Weather was awful but they still kept the floor dry and free of snow.
The foods have been gone downhill. Nothing like I had before, especially Asian foods . Overpriced too. I would not recommend the foods here.

It was super busy I put my order in ahead of time to pick up I came inside the place was full of people waiting for their meals it was super busy but the staff was very friendly and stayed grounded and just piled through the busy stuff??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️??
Do all Noodles locations take their employee’s tips to be used for “company parties so that their employees never receive them?? A location in Rochester, MN is doing that and has been for quite a while. No employee has received a party nor their tips. Patrons are tipping the employees not knowing the poor employee is not getting a penny of it! Several employees at this location have confirmed their tips are taken and not given to them!!
Many times my food is undercooked. I get the Japanese pan noodles with steak and the steak is always underdone. The noodles are basically shredded apart like they’ve never made pasta before. Along with the subpar food, their service is poor. They don’t notice you standing at the counter when you need something. It takes absurdly long for my order to be ready. In addition to those things, the establishment itself is filthy. I always choose to eat in my car because the tables are sticky and grimy. Please take the time to clean the lobby. I wouldn’t mind waiting for my food IF it was decent when I received it. I won’t be returning to Noodles and Company any time soon.
