The Oreo shake and latte are delicious, and the baristas are awesome.
I waited in line for 20 plus minutes behind one car & another 10 plus at the window. My drink was made incorrectly & i must say I was highly disappointed. HOWEVER I change this from a 1 star to a 5 star because this has always been my favorite coffee place. I reached out to management & I need to say Greg did a wonderful job of addressing my concerns & making sure I felt seen & heard. Thankyou for being professional & showing YOU appreciate your customers! Hands down best management!
Busy, busy on a Sunday afternoon. Staff came outside to take orders. Had a delicious blended Chai tea.

I've loved this coffee shop for years, but the last time I purchased a latte there almost undid me. The older adult lady taking my order was very kind, but she had two full streams of snot flowing down her face as she took my credit card. I tried hard not to flinch, but the thought of taking my card back from her in this state was really hard. Gross. I did not want her to touch my latte under any circumstances, so I finally got up the courage to ask her if it would be alright if the gentleman making my latte would also hand it to me, as I could see she was ill. She said she had allergies. Regardless of the source of the illness, it was unsanitary and made me disgusted, even though she was super nice. This is especially bad in the age of COVID-19.
My wife spends too much money here. Not because the coffee is expensive. But because she goes here 3 times a day. Good coffee though.
