Recently spent nine days in Rochester. We were so happy to find Mezza9 on our second day. Drinks and desserts were delicious on our daily visits. Beautiful cafe, friendly service, clean restroom - wish we lived closer to go back. Thank you for making our trip to Mayo better!
Visited this cozy, relaxing establishment for an iced cinnamon dolce latte - delicious and refreshing! Also had a dessert that was very tasty! Clean main area and bathroom - also very friendly staff! The only thing I would change would be individually wrapped straws and disposable forks pointing downward in the dispensing box, so that when people reach in to get one, others’ hands aren’t touching the part you put in your mouth. Look forward to returning!
Absolutely love this place; first time being here and the staff were helpful, polite and met us with great service. The macarons were creative and delicious. Cold brew was strong and flavorful! Recommend to anyone!
When I went, I stopped in with some of my family for some bakery treats and we sampled a bunch of different stuff… Hands down the best Macarons I’ve ever tasted. Really soft, flavorful, and decadent. The Japanese Bundt cheesecake was absolutely sensational, perfectly balanced and creamy. And that Olive Oil/Orange cake was just marvelous. Cozy and low key, very homey and the owner was super friendly 10/10 would recommend this place. Definitely worth the trip

A beautiful bakery downtown Rochester. Staff is friendly and baked goods are very delicious! A little spendy, but worth it.
I was excited to have a European bakery in town, and the cakes/desserts were delicious, but I wouldn’t describe them as European if that is what you are looking for. Most of the macarons didn’t have the right texture (hard like a cracker, or too chewy). I went on the second day they were open so I am still hoping they improve! The vibe is nice though. I will probably try them again, was just a little disappointed with the first visit.
Satisfy your sweet tooth ❤️ This such a warm and inviting atmosphere designed for a quick dessert stop or relaxed coffee and game break. Prices are very reasonable and the desserts are delicious. Highly recommend the flourless chocolate torte and the macarons for melt-in-your-mouth goodness. There's a large selection of coffee drinks and a hot chocolate option, but very few caffeine-free/non-coffee drink options.

So cozy & pretty - with delicious coffee and desserts. The staff was friendly, helpful & someone even stopped at our table to ask how we were doing, which has never happened for me at a coffeehouse before.The lemon curd cake with fresh berries was divine and the macarons, yummy (we tried pistachio & strawberry cheesecake)!Definitely a delightful downtown place to meet up for a sweet snack & coffee - Would also be fun to hang out with friends!
