Omg, worst hamburger ever. They threw it in the bag and it came open was all over the bottom. Also ordered an ice coffee was disgusting. Just a mess. Also the bun was soaked like a wet rag. I didn't eat any of it. Waste of money. Rude employee at the window. Can't give any lower than a one star or I would.
Gross people working here the most un-american people working here... the chinese lady who's been manger here sense seems like I dont know ten years.. you would think she could do her job right buy now.. but I guess that's why she feels right at home there and probably somehow will retire here without getting fired.. but guess if that's you qualifications that's your qualifications. And dont get me started on the Mexicans working here you can tell they hate serving americans dont eat here
Definitely have improved since a few months ago. Although the drive in had a very long line, I didn't wait for more than a few minutes from being done ordering. Person working window was nice and repeated order back to me to make sure I was getting what I ordered and not someone else's. The only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 is the fries were soooo salty. I was able to shake some salt off when I got home. Otherwise everything else was good.
Got in line at 10:30 pm and there was an employee blocking all the cars until 11 pm just so he didn’t have to make anyone food. Absolutely ridiculous and beyond screwed up. I’ve worked customer service, I understand the frustration of having a crowd right before close but I would’ve never blocked people without telling them what’s going on. After 11 pm, he drove off parked and laughed while walking into a building. Regardless of how the customers were treated, sad that McDonalds pays their employees to do this. Never going to this location again.
Customer service is great. Architecture is slightly above average. Restaurant dining areas seemed slightly above average hygiene. Food quality depends what time of day you order: sometimes it's not good, sometimes it looks great. Meals will cost 5-10 dollars per person. Family of 5 will cost 25-50 dollars.TLDR: slightly above average fast food restaurant.
It was horrible. I waited a long time for service, me being the only customer inside. My cheeseburger didn't even taste like hamburger. Ketchup tasted like it had not been refrigerated and fermenting, pickle was warm and probably only 2 little specs of onion. Fries and hamburger was barely warm. Coffee was delicious. Can't say I will ever eat there again.
This McDonald's used to be ok but I can't remember the last time where I didn't have to wait twenty minutes in the drive thru to deal with pushy inconsiderate employees that want to get you out of there faster rather than making sure they get your order right. They have forgotten food from my last five orders there. I will not be revisiting this McDonald's again. If anyone is looking for a good McDonald's I have never had a problem with the one on N Broadway. They have good customer service and get your orders right!!
We were waiting for an appointment, with nothing to do and nowhere to go, so we stopped for coffee.Coffee was ok and cheap. Place was not noisy. We had a good conversation.
The inside of this location is the best we've ever been to. Must be nearly new. Order was simple, food was good. Drive thru seemed to be about 98% of business.
Great food at this location its been awhile since its been very good. Great staff - were very friendly and helpful. Best location i have been to so far. Even have entertaining tablets and tables at this location. Was also clean.
