Is it hot? Yes! Is it ready? Yes! Is it a great way to get my pizza fixin' after work when I'm drained and don't want to cook? Again, Yes!
Pretty good can't pizza complain too much. I wish they were still 5 dollars tho
Rochester Little Caesar’s doesn’t even deserve the one star that I gave them. My boyfriend and I were craving pizza on Saturday night and decided to come here. It was 6pm and they were still open. We pulled up to the menu board which states to pull ahead and order at the window so we did. We could see an employee inside chilling and waited at the window. We sat there and waited patiently for twenty-five minutes, giving the employee grace because we figured they were behind. There was another truck that had pulled in behind us and I was getting pretty annoyed that we hadn’t been helped yet. I got out of the truck and walked over to the door which was locked and had a note saying that the lobby was closed. I pounded on the door and the employee unlocked and opened it. I asked what the deal was, were they not open and he responded with “online orders only” then shut the door and locked it. How difficult is it to write a sign that says “online order only” or open the window and tell us. He knew that we had been waiting at the window but didn’t take the effort to let us know. Will not be returning. This place either needs to step it up or shut down completely. So disappointing.
I pulled in at 7:45 to order and the employees walked in the front door, to the window and told me they were closed… I said “not for another 15 mins” and they responded “nah we’re closed” I don’t understand why it’s so hard to serve customers?

Rude and no customer service
Don’t bother going through the drive thru. I waited for 15 minutes at the drive-through and the employees walked by me six times without acknowledging me. I ended up driving away without even getting my order taken.

Employees purposefully ignore customers. They are losing customers, and they don't care. I waited in a drive through for 15 minutes. Hot N Ready is just a flat out lie. A sign said the intercom is broken, so pull up to the window. There was only one car ahead of me pulled forward seemingly without getting any food. I sat and waited patiently by the window, never honking or doing anything rule like knocking on the window. If Little Caesar employees cared about customer service, a little "we'll be right with you sir" would have gone a long way. I had my little kids in the car who started getting hungry and fussy. The employees seemed to purposefully ignore customers. The car behind me drove off too. After another 10 minutes, I came to the conclusion these guys really don't care about customers at all, and I drove off. I'll never go here again.
Most of the time it's not hot-n-ready. Waited 20 minutes. Sadly it's the only little ceasers location here.
