We had a small mix up with my chicken bucket but, they made it right without hesitation. KFC is really good if you're looking for chicken. I will surely go back
Why would anyone want to pay such high prices for (small portions,) grumpy service by manager; I can pop over to The Canadian Honker for a full home style cooked meal, served with a SMILE ? & delicious ?.? ????????????. P.S. why does KFC close @7pm???

THEIR ANSWER WAS - WE HAVE NO CHICKEN! kfc, chicken, no.Local older manager-woman is helpless and speechless and rude, their recent kfc app doesn’t work properly, their support by leaving feedback in app is absent and Ignoring.Visiting this town we ordered in app the basket and came as they says in 10 min, So KFC door (of course) is closed - Covid in June 2022-hmm , Not OK:What about opposite McDonalds open till 10pm?!And when I drove trough to pick up:1. Nobody knows about my order! 2. We closed we HAVE NO CHICKEN. <<
I ordered ahead, got to the restaurant at 6:55, onoine they said my order would be ready just after 7. When I walked in to pick it up they said the lobby closed a couple minutes before and I'd have to go through the huge drive thru line. I'd been on location since before the lobby closed. It was also after my ready time, so it should have already been good to go, it was obvious they hadn't even started making it. If your lobby is gonna be closed for pick up, that needs to be a part of the online order process. I have crying kids in the car, I can't wait in a parking lot for 30 min.Another woman came in on foot and was denied in lobby pick up, she was told to walk through the drive through with the cars.
Really good, famous bowls are a must if you're eating here! Not a first choice, not a last.

I don't know but everyone at this place just seems sick... the older lady that handed the food to me today was coughing up a storm through the whole process of handing my food she literley looks like shes about die eye boogers filthy hands I just threw the food away and got the hell out of there and she dont wwear a belt so I seen her constanty adjust her waste band too with crusty food all stuck to her waist band get rid of her sorry but she shouldnt be working in the front of the house handing people food this was on 3/30/2021at 12:52pm bigger old lady with short silver hair.

definitely an average kfc experience, it's alright for where it is
