The last three times I've been at this location they've messed up my groups order.- The first time they forgot a friend's avocado despite it being clear on the receipt that he added it.- next time I placed an order for 4:45. When I turned up at 5, they said they didn't have the order in the system, so I had to show them my confirmation receipt. Turns out they were making it already (which was still 15 minutes late) and they didn't *actually* lose my order. Lack of communication among the staff.- This time they forgot an entire sandwich.I can understand messing up an order occasionally, but when it's three times in a row in less than a month, there's no excuse. They need to do something to improve the performance of their staff.
My husband's but had no lettuce and 1 skinny little sli e of tomatoe.
Nothing like the # 12 on lettuce wrap if you are going gluten free.
I used to work here as a second job years back and now compared to then I was not pleased. Sandwiches were not freaky fast as should be. Person taking the order was not with it at all. I have a loud carrying voice and had to repeat everything 3-4 times. That little piece of plastic between us isn't noise canceling lol. Chips were super low. For being hours after lunch rush, not having dine in from what it appeard to me and that 6+ on shift the whole checklist should have been done and other things should be getting done.... Just everything was sub standard to how Skip and Tammy (the owners) expected shop to be ran when I was there. Probably won't go back anytime soon, sorry
In and out within 2 minutes during lunch. Got a #9 with kickin ranch. Amazing.
The bread was really thin in overall size and was really tough to chew. I ordered a kids size ham and cheese for my step son and the woman at the register did not tell me it came with onions. My 7 year old had a unpleasant surprise when he took his first bite.
Not my favorite subs, but they were all right

Completely unsanitary. Food prepper takes mask down and blows his nose into his apron and continues to make food. Gross.
They actually care about Public Health and masking. You all are doing great! Please support this chain, the workers, and the people who actually support businesses who also want the community to succeed!
