Our daughter and her family came for a visit from out of town. On her bucket list was a visit here with her family today because it has been several years since she had some. Excellent service and absolutely delicious ice cream. A great family time with the best treats.
Had a weird experience last night. In the drive-thru we asked for 1 chocolate chocolate chip dairy free in a waffle cone, and then 2 flavors in a cup (cherry & maple nut). the guy working at the window just stared at us blankly and then repeated our order back to us. only to return with a cup of 1 kids scoop of the dairy free chocolate chocolate and 1 kids scoop of cherry, and no waffle cone. We told him he had made a mistake in the order and what we asked, and he recharged us and then brought back the waffle cone and chocolate chocolate …. good ice cream but drive thru has a hard time processing orders lol
Very good! Love the outdoor seating. We went in the afternoon, so pretty empty. Had a lot if flavors and options to choose from. Price is very reasonable for families. Would recommend.
The ice cream is really good! I would recommend to go for the product, but I didn’t have a good experience with the staff. The kids working rolled their eyes when we asked for 2 SAMPLES (bc we had never been there before) and proceeded to get irritated and snicker to each other when we paid for our order in exact change. I don’t know, rubbed me the wrong way.
Regular flavors and unique homemade ice cream flavors. Interior is decorated with "dad jokes." Feels a little silly ordering with the menu names (flapdoodle, dinghy, shipwreck), but the ice cream is really good.
Oh, I need to get stock in Flapdoodles. Been here more times then I should have according to my sweet tooth. Best of the best for real ice cream
Wide variety of ice cream choices. Interesting cone and cup combinations. Food quality is amazing.However, pricing was very unusual because me and my friend both bought ice cream with the same cone, different flavors, but one was charged more because of the chocolate dipped cone. Either I was charged less or my friend was charged more. Or maybe the flavors have different prices, but I as a customer wasn't aware of that.TLDR: amazing ice cream shop, but needs better customer service.
Had a family celebration and the service was quick, the prices were reasonable, and each item was plentiful. The inside was clean and manager offered free waters to go with each ice cream order.
We tried Birthday cake and chocolate peanut butter ice cream today! It was wonderful like always!!
Excellent ice cream. Love the Yacht of sweet and salty. The small scoops are the perfect size if you are trying to limit yourself.
