The food was terrific, tasted great and came up in a reasonable amount of time. Order was accurate. The large downside, however, were the greasy bathroom floors. Both and and my boyfriend used them after eating to wash hands, and both of us almost slipped entering and leaving the bathrooms. I then stayed an extra minute or two, to share my concern about someone getting injured in the bathroom which was completely blown off. Disappointing ending to our lunch visit.
Decent food but painfully slow service and high prices when my uncle and I went a few months ago. Memorable for that reason until now. Waited amongst 5+ others for around 20 minutes. Would probably look elsewhere to eat first.
The fries were delicious, and wow the serving size was huge. A decent burger, but they forgot my bacon. Price is a bit high, but where isn't it.
Awsome food! Burgers were great fries oh my lord the fries ...Good and more than enough! Looking for a place to eat and not sure most definitely stop here and you won't be disappointed.
Tables need to be washed and the dinning room floors have a slippery film. I came only 45 minutes after opening. Women's bathroom was like an ice skating ring. I almost fell. Out of ketchup packets. Ice tea dispenser was broken! Only good was the burger!
Five guys are known for their fresh made fries. And lots of them. Every customer ask why we got shorted on the fries. Our order might have had 10 fries total. So we felt we got shorted on our order.Other stores don't do this. Otherwise the burgers were good.
If you're looking for a great place to eat then you're in luck, this place has great food, and gives a good burger feel. At times its slow to get food because they are so busy and staffing is an issue, however it does not take away from the great food. Id recommend it if you have not trying it already.

It was my only meal for the day. To look at the pics you'd think the burgers were a 1/2 in+ thick so I ordered a single burger. The burgers are maybe 1/4 in thick. Meat quality gd, generous with the tasty peanut oil cooked fries. Price $25.00 with just water. My driver had a double burger, we both left hungry. I did like the peanuts you can bag and enjoy while waiting for your fd.
Loved watching my burger sit on the counter for 10 minutes before one of the staff members decided to finally bag it up. Place needs to be fully sprayed down in disinfectant. Food good though!
