When pulling up, this place looks small, but it was surprisingly large on the inside with lots of outdoor seating. It has a nice lake view and fun trivia on the tables. Our service was great and the food was good. Definitely would come back.

Food was okay. Hubby ordered a beer. When we got the tab, the beer was $9.00. We had no idea. Most beers are 5 or 6 dollars. Was a little shocked! We thought that it would have been nice to have been given notice that it was an expensive mug o beer!

From Iowa, my fiancé and I were in Rochester for an appointment at Mayo on Thursday and when we were done, we stopped at Fat Willys for some lunch. It was amazing! Food came out fairly quick, everything tasted amazing, and the portion size were more than enough to fully you up!! Great waiting staff as well, polite, kind, and was on top of making sure if we needed any refills our cups were topped off. 10/10 would recommend and will be making another stop next time we are in town!
Truly a family friendly bar with decent priced bar style food. Friendly staff. Kids are welcome. Fun atmosphere. RECOMMENDED.
Went to Fat Willy’s and the large, blonde bartender was unbelievably nasty and rude. We will never go back in there as long as she is behind the bar. Never have we felt so disrespected at a restaurant. I would steer clear of this place if she is working. She is so unprofessional. We have spent a lot of money here and will happily be taking our money elsewhere now.
