It’s National Donut Day and the exceptional staff of the Dunkin’s in the Kahler Grand are absolutely rocking the onslaught of patrons all while managing a dwindling supply of almost every single menu item! The utmost calm and professionalism exhibited by the manager/team leader was impressive—give these people a raise and a round of applause please!
They're closed so often due to staffing shortages because they won't pay people enough to work at the place. I can't use my rewards before they expire when it's continually closed. There's *good* coffee nearby at places that actually take care of their workers, like moka, steam, bravo, or fiddlehead. All of them are infinitely better, and the owners and workers are good people.
Very good, sadly were out of the Cornbread donuts I wanted to try, and the elevator from the subway was not working, so it made it harder to get in on a wheelchair during a rainy day. Not their fault, though. Service was super friendly and they held the door for me on the way out.
Dunkin was good but wayyy tooo sweet.

Stopped there for a cup of cappuccino between doctors appointments at the mayo.Ordered a medium cappuccino and got a cup half filled with what tasted like horrible coffee with the top half all foam. We will never go to this place again. Very disappointing.
There was a basketball tournament in town. Despite having 4 staff on duty this place was overwhelmed however did a reasonable job of delivering! They were completely out of donuts and bagels and the "kitchen was closed" so you could only get about 10% of the things on the menu. Staff did a nice job despite.
I paid for ice coffee they got it wrong I went back hr later cause I don't stay n Rochester. and manager tried giving me my money back. All I wanted was my ice coffee
Great coffee and doughnuts will be back for sure!
