Needs improvement. I've encountered multiple issues the last couple times I've ordered from items made wrong, items forgotten causing extra wait times. I'm not upset, just offering feedback. Will update as I feel things improve. Thank you all for your hard work nonetheless!
Food sat in the “quality check” section for over 45 mins. Pizza was hard and chewy when it finally arrived. Attempted to call the store many times (to cancel order so I could get other food faster) each time they picked up the phone and placed it on hold indefinitely just hoping I would hang up . Called back repeatedly getting Put on hold immediately over and over again. Rude , terrible customer service . Delivery driver was apologetic , but unfortunately for him , his coworkers who wouldn’t answer the phone is what cost him his tip. Will never order dominos again !!
I don’t usually leave reviews but this one is a MUST! I ordered Dominos off of the website and was told my food was ready, went to pick it up through the drive thru and was waiting 30 minutes before I was even spoken to by a woman who took our money and left for another 25 minutes to “grab our food” finally. When that time passed by I called into the store and a manager by the name of Charissa or Corissa answered and we told her how we’ve been sitting for over 50 minutes now after our food was said to be ready. She hung up and didnt come to the window at all. When I was finally greeted again, after 10 more minutes, it was by a delivery driver who noticed we were being ignored and he kept coming back from deliveries to see we were still sitting there. We asked to speak to a manager and he said Charissa (Corissa) “didn’t want to speak to us”. Absolutely appaled, we asked for our money back and wasn’t issued a refund AT ALL. Instead, we were forced to wait another 15 minutes because they messed our food up TWICE. I really wish I could give this ZERO stars. Kasey, a supervisor who came to help out finally helped us and was literally the only person working. Whoever Charissa is needs to be fired!! How can you run a store like this? Almost an hour and a half before we got our food after it was supposedly ready ?♀️ NEVER COMING BACK!!!
The prices are good and the pizza can be as well but doesn't seem as consistent as other places. The service can also be hit or miss. When they recently had a promotion to bring out your pizzas to your car in 2 minutes, they pretty much failed every time. Most recently I waited for several minutes before someone waited on me and my pizzas were ready the whole time just sitting there getting cold.
This place is absolute garbage. I was there a year or so ago for a pick up. It wasn't ready when they said it would be, I waited in there pick up parking spot for 45 mins. When I went inside they said it would be another 20 mins and acted like I was just trying to get a free pizza. I just now tried to order, which I haven't done since, the first phone call they hung up immediately after answering, with out us even talking, the second phone call the guy couldn't even figure out what the carry out specials where. The place is junk with out trained employees.
Shout out to the crew working 4.29.22 at the north Domino's! Slammed with pizza orders and still in great spirits (even entertaining a kid watching the dough show). Thank you!
Waited over three hours for delivery. Called in three times during that wait, and was fed lies each time. When we finally got notification our food had been delivered, there was nothing on our step. Called the store, and staff were completely unapologetic and unhelpful, just said “someone lost the order”. No ownership. Only apologized when we politely asked for our money back. Absolutely horrible service. Would give negative stars if I could.
Every order from this store is either wrong or doesn’t show up at all - like tonight.I look at the tracker and it says complete! Phone never rang, no pizza, nothing. 10 minutes later I get a vm.The driver called my phone instead of following the specific directions I left to use the security phone because the cell service is dicey around our building.I will literally never order another pizza from this store. Lazy and I wish I could cancel the payment. What is the point of delivery instructions? And this chump gets a tip thst I had to pre-pay? What a joke
I accidentally ordered from the wrong store in town and they quickly canceled my order. Sorry South rochester by government center. My store on North side quickly picked up the order when I ordered online. I have had nothing but good things from North Domino's by 41st Street but the south one by the government center was very understanding of my mix up. I didn't think they wanted to drive to 41st Street NW. Thank you Domino's.
Our first Dominos since moving to Rochester 2 years ago. They prepared our orders wrong [hand tossed rather than thin crust mainly]. They redid the order without pushback when i returned the pizza to them. It was correct, both crust and toppings, the second time. Thus the midrange rating. [I suggest checking your order before leaving, especially if a drive. ] It is a bit of a drive for me, undecided on whether i will return to them or our usual pizza place, Godfathers.
