This is my first time dining at Culver's. It was recommended by a friend. I ordered chicken tenders, fries, and a drink. The chicken tenders were hot, but they were not good; they reminded me of frozen food nuggets or the golden arches chicken nuggets. The french fries were hot, but the serving size was very small for the Large fries that I ordered. And, half of them were dark brown. The drink options were Pepsi products, water, and tea. The ice machine was out on 1 side. The other side was very slow. The staff was friendly and was working hard to keep the place clean. The place was very busy! It obviously is well-liked. If I return, I would try the burger, but, I don't know I would return due to food quality.
Average burger chain superior to Wendy's and right on par < slightly less than 5guys. Cheese curds here are worse than A&W, but the onion rings are better than burger King. There's a lot of hit and miss with this place. Best thing they have is their north Atlantic cod fillet. Come for the butterburgers, stay for the frozen custard. Solid 4 stars
Stopped in on 4/30/22 around 3:00pm- Best customer service of any fast food restaurant I have ever visited. Extremely impressed! Everyone was friendly and attentive. Food is great but almost an afterthought due to the outstanding employees. ??
Staff was nice but burger was way overcooked and disgusting. Concrete mixer was good. I just did the drive thru.

Great burgers and ice cream. Disappointed though, that they are not enforcing Rochester's mask mandate.
Clean kids work here. Really friendly guys. I like to tip them a dollar once in a while, at the window and outside at the pickup zone. Consider tipping these kids yourself. They work hard and handle your food so.... be nice to them.
Service was great, they were very friendly. First time going there. Was visiting Minnesota to go to Mayo Clinic and my girlfriend made me stop in. I would definitely stop in again. Sad there’s no location near Mayo Clinic.
A welcoming environment on a cold, wintry day. Warm, clean, with great selections, good food and ample portions. Staff all friendly, courteous and helpful. A definite go to for a quick meal.
We stopped at this culver at Rochester, mn. For all the advertising I've heard abt them I was very disappointed... I had what turned out to be a bacon cheeseburger. The meat on it was so thin that I probly could have seen a light shining through it if I had held it up...the single piece of bacon was the same way... It wasn't what I expected it to be. Might be a while before I go back.
