They are so delicious!!!! i definitely recommend.
I do love the idea of the Crumbl Cookies and the flavors are delicious. The cookies in the first 4 pack we bought were great. But yesterday we bought two more 4 packs, one for ourselves and one for a gift, with identical cookies in the two boxes. Two of the four varieties were way underdone, with the Chocolate Potato Chip being nearly raw dough and the Salted Caramel Cheesecake being about half baked. Very disappointing, especially when considering the cost which is close to $30 for 8 cookies.
Stopped in to check things out. I've never been to a Crumbl Cookie before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The smell walking through the door was amazing! It made me want to buy everything on the menu! However, I ended up not ordering anything due to the severe lack of customer service. I had no idea that you needed to put in your own order, so I stood waiting for someone to come for several minutes. The guy decorating the treats looked at me multiple times, but it wasn't until I said something that he considered coming to assist me. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about utilizing technology to make things faster and smoother! However, I also value customer service. If you want me to buy your product and be a loyal customer, I only ask that you acknowledge I exist...
I love Crumbl Cookie! The below photo is a older photo because the cookies always get smashed quickly. The flavors are always delicious and made exactly as advertised. They are so popular it leads to my only minus point, wait time. I always order online probably like most customers. Once checked in it always seems to take an extra 10-20 min outside of the selected time frame, but always worth the wait. The employees are always nice and friendly too.
These are some of the BEST cookies I have ever had. I look forward to seeing there new flavors every week! So delicious, you have to try them!
This place is a joke!! Made an online order and when I got there, had to wait outside in the cold because only 3 people allowed in at a time. Waited THIRTY MINUTES past scheduled pick up time for FOUR cookies because they supposedly “threw the ones away” that were done at my scheduled pick up time and had to make new ones because I wasn’t inside at scheduled time due to having to wait outside to be let in the building so they didn’t “exceed their capacity”. I don’t know what’s worse, the customer service or the cookies themselves. Will never go again or recommend.
These are the best cookies I have ever had. I would even go as far to say these are possibly the best thing in the whole world. My life is better with Crumbl Cookies in it.
There fresh warm cookies are so delicious I got these for my husbands birthday and I can’t wait to order them again!
The cookies were much larger than I expected, and the variety is nice. I like that they change each week. Some of the flavor combinations are odd, but I’m guessing they still taste good.My low rating is for the customer service. I have only been twice, and both times it was poor. The first time I asked about the ingredients as I was taking them to someone with food allergies.I just asked if they had a specific ingredient, the girl behind the counter wasn’t sure. She went and got another person, who told me she didn’t think so. The second person was super irritated with me. I’m not sure if I took her away from another important task or if she just didn’t care.I figured it was a bad day, would try again. This time, I ordered online. That didn’t work either. The cookies were ordered in the morning for afternoon pick up @ 1 pm. I waited 20 minutes for my order. There were a couple people ahead of me. I had pre-paid, so I thought the cookies would be ready when I arrived and it would be quick. Nope. People who came AFTER me were served and left before me. I’m not sure how the system failed or broke down, but it’s super slow to order them before. Soooo, I’m out. Not the place for us.
10/25/21 - Our daughter had seen the videos about this on TikTok and just had to check it out. We entered it is immediately had a clean and fresh appearance. There were multiple places to leave your order via the tablets. Cookie flavors were displayed for viewing pleasure so you knew exactly what they were going to look like. We ordered and soon the employee was placing the amazing cookies into a fancy box and presented them to us for our approval before closing the box and thanking us for coming in. They were kind of spendy for a cookie but once we tasted them later, we forgot all about that! I don't know what they do, but they were incredible! I think we will be returning here then we visit Rochester again!
