Excellent cuisine and service!
TERRIBLE SERVICE WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE EVER AGAIN. host sat us we waited TWENTY MINUTES to get served while servers just watched us sitting there without drinks. after that we had to walk out. i’ve been a server before and that is a DISGRACE!!! if you see people sitting without drinks for more then 5 minutes you should DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT EVEN IF ITS NOT YOUR TABLE. My boyfriend and I will NEVER be going here ever again and this was our go to place!!! we tipped over 30% every time we went here too!! DO BETTER. i’m EXTREMELY disappointed and will never be giving crave a recommendation ever again.

Crave is the best restaurant in Rochester!! We have eaten there several times and have never been disappointed with the food or the service!! It is open with beautiful views. There is no loud music and you are not rushed to eat your meal. Over all the best place to go for fine dining and perfectly made cocktails!!

The noise level makes normal conversation impossible. Any customers with hearing problems would have a hard time enjoying themselves struggling to participate in conversations over the meal.
