The ladies that helped us were awesome! Great customer service and of course excellent ice cream and shakes.
What an amazing place. The North location is exceptional . Mike has done an amazing job with this store . Such amazing customer service, and so many things to try. Come by, and say hi to Mike, one of the hardest working Managers I know.

I was uncomfortable and grossed out by this place.Upon entering the facility, both employees didn’t acknowledge me. I ordered two items and AFTER I checked out, I was informed they didn’t have the smoothie item I had ordered. Staff was considerably inattentive.Furthermore, the restroom was dirty, meaning floor, toilet seat and baby changing table. The toilet paper was sitting in a roll on the handrail. The main lounge was just as bad. There were dead bugs on the floor, squished food at the counter, and the tables and floor had crumbs and debris throughout.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I certainly am not returning.

Lets start off that my wife and I had ordered ice cream online like always, but at the South location. We were charged the amount for said icecream and went to pick it up, except the south location was completely closed. So long story short we didn't get our ice cream. We were pretty bummed and peeved at the same time. However the next day my wife called the north store to see about information for the refund. Paige the store manager at the location was awesome and went far above and beyond what she had to to help us, including but limited not to fulfilling our order. Mind you she didnt have to do this because both stores are their own store, but she and her staff were super nice and beyond helpful. We will be going back to the north location simply because of her and her employees awesome attitudes.

Me and three of my friends went there after dinner to get ice-cream and I gotta say it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at any food place. I was wearing a ty-dyed hoodie and he (the worker) said, “Hello fellow hippie” and continued to be chatty, which is fine, but then he said this comment after noticing my friend had a crop top on: “You know you shouldn’t be wearing that if you don’t want to get looks. Don’t worry, I’m not hitting on you, that’s illegal, I’m 37.” Who says that? (we are 16-17) We were so thrown off guard. Anyways, he had a gator mask and never had it on, despite being a worker, and also the ice-cream was soup and the marshmallows were crunchy. Not a good a experience and my friend was traumatized.
Not as good as I expected. The attendant was all alone and seemed very stressed. I'd think they should have had 2 people working
