Friendly workers and delicious ice cream. They could be a little cleaner, though. I didn't enjoy being handed my bowl with sticky ice cream running down its sides already. The fixings could have been mixed in better too, and it maybe wasn't worth the price because ice cream just as good can be gotten elsewhere for much less.
Troy was wonderful with getting our orders perfect! He was so kind & pleasant! We will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

The server on 11-6 2021 south location Rochester, MN was awesome. A welcomed change from the last few visits between north and south location.He should be a franchise trainer.
Went to Cold Stone about 8pm last night..wanted ice cream cones. 3 employees..2 sitting out back on loading dock smoking. Ordered 2 cones...they dont have any cones..ok..ordered choc ice cream ...they didnt have any choc ice cream...ordered another flavor, asked for a napkin because the ice cream was all over the cardboard bowl...no napkins...they gave us hand towels out of the dispenser by the sink. None of employees wearing masks, no one washed their hands prior to fixing our bowls, the floors looked like they had cattle in the building. I just looked at my receipt, was in my billfold..we got a med dish and a large..were charged $5.50 for each...gotta assume one would be more than the other..maybe we were just charged for 2 large ?? Wont be going back..pretty sad !!
Called ahead for my order and when I went to pick it up the order was almost completely wrong even though I went through it multiple times over the phone. Staff was unable to understand/speak English well which made it very difficult.
Horrible service, doesnt listen to what you are ordering, rude, slow, unclean and spent more time on his phone than he did with customers. He kept putting unwashed hands into his pockets, texting and then going back to the food without a care for sanitation or hygiene. I understand not caring for your job but please pay attention to the customers, extremely disappointed with this location.
The man working did not know what he was doing. Asked for waffle cone and they don't have it right now, asked for Nutella and they don't have it right now. Told him I wanted one of the signature and he had to ask me 3 times what was on it.
